I did your exercises To my First baby and she's healthy baby girl she's 1 year and 7months now coming 8 now I did this exercise again because I'm pregnant with my second baby don't know yet if it's a boy or girl. This exercise helps me a lot in my first pregnancy so I did it again now in my 2nd thanks to u 😇
From 1st trimester to 5th month, I always do squats for 60 counts every morning. Now I'm 6 mos, need more movements as I cannot go outside and do walking ( risky unless we will go outside the city). I love this, I'm really sweating, I will follow more videos for my 7 to 9 mos 😍😍 thank you
Being professional I can advise all pregos not to exercise at this pace..potentially can reduce blood flow to baby and hamper level of oxygen to baby...I personally won’t recommend for my patients at this pace ..and real pregnant women can not do same work out at this speed and balance..it’s neither safe..people needs to be considerate about what they convey to pregnant women...this lady doesn’t seems pregnant at all
I think it depends on the persons past activeness , I have always been active and I’m currently 24 weeks and belly is still kind of flat and I still do hiit exercises at this speed and I would say harder moves than this, I just don’t do any jumping or planking and watch my heartbeat

Mounika Murali Yes,you can. Start with warm up,then if u are ok with that,go on. As long as you don't have any medical condition that restricts exercise in pregnancy. Gradually increase the intensity and frequency to adapt.
She doesn’t seem to be pregnant.. based on the speed and energy she is showing the exercise. Sorry but the most fittest pregnant women also doesn’t do at this pace.

Aksha Manan is youre already fit like her it’s fine. If you’re out of shape it’s best to to slowly move. Plus this isn’t fast paced tbh
