    I dont think so if it is good for 7 months pregnant to this kind of exercise.
    That woman who did the demonstration is not real pregnant..

      Hi I'm a prenatal yoga teacherThree days a week is preferable other three days concentrate on your breathing exercises (pranayama)

      Any time which you feel comfortable just give 1hour rest after your food intake

      Do leg stretches and tadasana with the help of wall it will give proper blood circulation

    My ob told me not to do exercise like on the video because it might cause me early delivery and the baby would be born premature. Do not do it unles you are already on your full term. According to my ob.

      jemmy bean exercise will have no impact on your Blood pressure or Blood sugar , these are physical exercises will always help in normal deliveries.. all the best
