My ob told me not to do exercise like on the video because it might cause me early delivery and the baby would be born premature. Do not do it unles you are already on your full term. According to my ob.
jemmy bean exercise will have no impact on your Blood pressure or Blood sugar , these are physical exercises will always help in normal deliveries.. all the best
