This is total confirmation that my leaving the rat race 20 years ago was worth it, contrary to the doubts and fears about my choices over that time. I grow much of my own food, get my water from a deep spring, grow my own heating fuel and am off grid. Most days I'm outside working, rain or shine, and I eat clean. The hardest times are the couple of months before the Winter Solstice, as the long nights send me stir crazy. But when the year flips, I feel the change and energy increases fast. I may not have much money, but now it truly feels as though I was guided to where I am. Thankyou, Universe ❤

I have to make an important comment here. A big part of the Low T epidemic is that we overmedicate people here in the U.S.A. I am a 40 year-old male, when I was in my late twenties I was diagnosed with very low T by an endocrinologist. He told me it was some psychotropic medicines I had been on for anxiety, depression, etc that caused it. This is why I am a big advocate of alternative therapies for mental heath, other than just throwing Big Pharma pills at people. We often dont get to the root of people's problems, just attempt to mask/cover them. That can prove to be a dangerous road.

Instead of giving you a viable healthy 3-6 month plan to get your testosterone levels back up naturally, they just hand you TRT which you can now never stop or your TRT levels will go lower than what they were before you started. I've been on a long struggle to get my health back and what I've learned in this struggle has been tremendous for improving the rest of my life. The important thing seems to be balance, not moderation. Sometimes you must achieve balance through moderation, but you don't achieve a balance of exercise and rest by exercising moderately and resting moderately. You achieve the best balance by exercising as hard as you can rest. This keeps you system in tip top shape. Same for food. You fast and feast, and make sure the feast is high quality nutrition. Don't snack all day. Avoid balance destroying things like endocrine disruptors as much as you can. These are things where 2 mg is worse than 1 mg and 3 mg is worse than 2, so you even if you can't get to 0, do your best.

Out of all medical experts I’ve listened to talk about Low T, not a single one has mentioned pornography use which seems like (potentially) a gaping hole in our understanding of why testosterone levels are dropping. Pornography consumption has sky rocketed in the past two decades, and especially worrying is the fact that more and more young people are consuming it at a younger and younger age. At the same time Testosterone levels are dropping dramatically. Coincidence? Maybe. But it’s worth looking into I think.

bath water sits for a while to let whatever dissapate that will, don't spend much time in there, treat the water with borax, and scrub pad unless unusually dirty, then i just use dish soap and salt to scrub before getting skin wet,

Clearly... I mean clearly, their hormones were completely switched. Sugar/plastics actually makes men more feminine and women more masculine. While men are becoming weaker, women's grip strengths have risen in recent years.

Sure let’s blame plastics and shaving cream but not blame the depleted dopamine levels from mindless scrolling on social media, porn addiction, a world of instant gratification, no wars or threats, cushy lifestyle. I understand there’s high level athletes with low T but they have the same addictions you and I have. Fix the addictions, find God, find your purpose, and keep chasing. T levels will be fine

What I call the emasculation project started decades ago when they found putting soy products in animal feeds created oestrogen levels, from there they began putting soy products in everything so that the testosterone levels in men would drop via large quantities of soy which breaks down into oestrogen in the food, for women it had the opposite effect as their bodies would regulate the oestrogen levels with testosterone naturally where as men simply suffered constant decline. It was done in an effort to control the population by making men more docile through feminizing them also effecting in turn population control through lack of sexual interaction. You can find soy products in almost every food source whether its canned tuna/meats (via soy product feeds) to bread its something that is very difficult to avoid.
If you check food products with labels you'll see it everywhere. Its the biggest contributor to the drop in testosterone in men. I learned this from a farmer when i was young, I loved to eat chicken and chicken wings, ised to eat nothing but. He told me then that eating loads of chicken was bad for mens health due to the feed and presumably hormones that were given to chickens exclusively at the time. This was decades ago, but the effects can be seen in time since then, not only on me but the world wide situation.

HRT in the water supply, steroids etc. I Read how male alligators in US becoming emasculated. Comments about soy etc apply to the US. Here in UK we're supposed to have tighter regulation. Deregulation by stealth I suspect will happen since Brexit. Any EU controls on food, environment, animal welfare etc be less stringent. We have enough rubbish of our own don't want any trade deals with US probably be to only their advantage anyway. Otherwise why would they bother?

Think about how many women having been taking birth control pills since the 60s. A very bright man told me years ago the estrogen stays in the urine and the sewer water seems up affecting the water supply. He said there are changes in sealife that are results of higher estrogen levels. Is this true? Idk but it's something to think about
