    I just wanna share guys. Try incorporating nutritional yeast (NON FORTIFIED) it will help you calm because of the natural b vitamins. Dont take the synthetic one

    Bless you, AG! You are spot on. These steps helped me while on the road on a very stressful job. The breathing out and sighing through the heart especially effective. AMAZINGLY, in Italy, whenever a child cries in public (in a restaurant or store) everyone within hearing distance breathes a loud sigh, “Awwwww” through the the heart. Baby and parents and everyone calm. ❤😊

    Bhramari Pranayama is called Bee Breath as the vibrating humming sound produced during exhaling is heard as the buzzing sound of a black bee. Hence, this pranayama is named Bhramari pranayama or bee breath. It relaxes the front temporal region of the brain ....practiced for 1000 of years in yoga 🇮🇳 🇮🇳

    Self massage really helps me, helps halt my thinking spirals sometimes, applying the pressure to my shoulders, shoulder blades, grasping squeezing my forearms xx thank you 😊

    Really helpful, thanks Dennis! I would add Havening in there as well. It is similar to a self hug. Yesterday somebody shared with me how to massage behind the ears for instant relief.

    For me, deep breaths sometimes can also cause or increase heart palpitations. It seems like they are connected to muscular tension in the chest area that can be triggered by deep breaths, as well as some types of movement (not talking about exercises here, which naturally cause heart palpitations). Though, they still help to calm the mind and overall nervous system. But you need to be aware and remind yourself that these heart palpilations are not a threat, just a result of tension / inflammation that still remains in the body.

    The programmed you can not relax. Attached to perfectionism. Go into a higher self. Surrendered to techniques.
    1)Psychological Sigh (Shit that works!)
    2)3 seconds in and hummm as long as you can
    3)Mantra+ (Nose) breath work 4 seconds in (Let) 4 seconds (Go)
    4)Shake it off the tension in the morning
    5)Imagine fear as a balloon that is attached to your wrist. (RED) stop analyzing and just do.
    6)Self massage (the best)
    7)Self hugs with the intentions of getting rid of past burdens. (Literally shed a few tears)

    Hey 👋 do you know what this symptome could be: when I laugh my laughter doesn’t pass through the brain. It is stuck and my brain feels so swollen and tense. I take medication. Can it be a side affect? Would just like to know what this could be. I laugh quite a lot but as mentioned the laughter gets stuck….😢

    Hi Dennis can you tell me if Pulsate Tinnitus comes from my anxiety or stress because I can hear a whoosh and heartbeat sound especially when sleep. Thanks from Franca in Sydney Australia ❤

    • @TheAnxietyGuy1
      @TheAnxietyGuy1  2 місяці тому

      I'm not sure of your particular situation however often it's a sign of dysregulation in the nervous system, overload, adrenal fatigue.

    What to do when my heart is heavy and I am sad and I am thinking about stuff going on with myself and situations of family members and all the changes that are occurring. I know life is changed but just makes me sad and look back at the happy times when we were all more connected and closer and geographical proximity etc any suggestions on working on a heavy heart?

      Best to go deep within through some type of altered state work, revealing what still needs to be healed from the past and suppressed emotions.

    Physiologica sigh - scientifically proven to calm you down ! Breathe in and at the top of your breathe sneak in one more breath and then breathe out through the mouth as if blowing out a candle - focusing on extending the exhale!

    • @TheAnxietyGuy1
      @TheAnxietyGuy1  2 місяці тому +1

      Absolutely 💯 a body stuck in the ‘freeze’ state, a nervous system that is dysregulated, pushing during burnout, an identity connected to franticness and worry, we pay a physical price.

    • @TheAnxietyGuy1
      @TheAnxietyGuy1  2 місяці тому +1

      Absolutely, just make sure you’re not looking to do more in the hopes of receiving a specific result. This sort of ‘doer-ship’ quality tends to backfire during anxiety recovery, and an approach of listening and guiding the body would be better I feel.
