Dealing with Health Anxiety? Let’s Get You on The Healing Path Today: theanxietyguy.com/health-anxiety-program/
Usually at night time i feel tremors, shortness of breath, crying episodes, nervousness, loneliness, fear of losing someone
Anybody else not being able to eat until nighttime? Anybody else feeling nervous most of the day?
Oh me too...then I eat too much at night for comfort!
I eat at night too can't eat during the day
Me 😢
@@CEP73exactly 😢
@@CEP73 I'm so sorry you guys are experiencing this too. But it's really nice to hear, that I'm not the only one 😣
Yep, had all of those and more!
Words coming out wrong when speaking. Gurgling in the tummy. Tunnel vision and hard to turn your neck. Blurry vision like a smokescreen. Pins and needles in my toes. Body jolts. Itching in the legs. Shooting pains in the body. Difficulty getting to sleep. Burning tip of the tongue. Hot flushes / shivers. The feeling that something bad is about to happen. Thoughts of negativity and doom. Not being able to stand for a length of time when someone is talking to me. Difficulty with eye contact for long periods of time. Thoughts that other people think you look ill. Uncomfortable in large crowds or bust traffic. Afraid something is going to happen to you while in the bath or shower (feeling vulnerable). Afraid to be on your own incase something happens.
So relatable, thanks for sharing.
This is totally me
All of these 😂
Omg that fear of something happening while I'm in the shower is so scary or the fear of when I'm cooking something will happen and my house will burn down.
I feel like this all the time.
I usually grab a shopping cart even when I don't need one, just for help with balance in stores. Jelly legs, dizziness, & tremor can be really bad sometimes. When this happens now, I just sit down & let it pass. I know what it is now. It's extremely alarming when you aren't aware of what's going on inside your body.
I can completely relate yes
Wow you’re amazing. I literally have not been to a store on my own for like eight months because of all those symptoms can you give me any advice or tips on how to just not let them overcome me?
Look when it happens, don't resist it. Don't fear it don't get frustrated by it. Don't focus on it. Feel it as if the feeling when you have a sneeze coming. Just let it be there, don't react to it and fear don't resist it. Trust me. Practice this.. Look up Shaans videos on it@@crystalH30
Those carts come in clutch when I'm stuck in line and start to freak out, great for when my leg starts shaking! This is so spot on!
Anyone have head pressure / lightheaded / shortness of breath that’s almost constant?
I do almost every single day
Yes, for 2 years now. Have seen it come and go but when it's present then it's so awful.
I'm always feeling nervous or on edge. I feel my heart beat in my stomach sometimes and body vibrating. Muscle twitching is so annoying. I also have dizziness and the heavy head feeling. I always fear I'm dying. Ugh anxiety sucks!
Me too.....
Don't resist it, don't feel fearful of it.Allow it as if you allow a sneeze and move on. You just need to Desensitize your nervous system
Does you heavy head cause you to feel dizziness when you bend over sometimes?
Had all these, worst was trying to get a deep breath, took me ages to get over this, had the lump in the throat, brain fog, thumping heart beat, stomach gurgling, sweating, fast heartbeat, sight dimming at night, as if someone was turning the lights down, itching all over, pain in my left arm, dry skin, had a lot of these
I’ve shared your channel with my friends and family because you are truly doing Gods work. I haven’t had a panic attack in WEEEKS, just listening to your tips and tricks on anxiety management, triggers… the surrender session guided meditation has proven very effective in just letting go and not trying to fight the feeling.
Thank you for what you do, I’ll continue to share with whoever I can because what you’re doing is helpful to so many people. Many blessings to you 💯
I can’t thank you enough for sharing the channel. 🙏
Yes the anxiety guy helped me get over my anxiety wen I was going through a bad time can't thank him.enough
Anyone else's head feel like cotton wool. Also feels like your head just moves on its own. Just feel unsteady. Also always fear the worst will happen if I don't stick to certain routines. Health anxiety is horrendous.
It's a horrendous cycle, health anxiety, I agree.
I had/have all these symptoms and more. I was convinced that I had a brain tumor, MS, ALS or Parkinson's, but the tests didn't indicate any of these, so it was believed to be mentally related. Even when there wasn't anything particularly stressful or pressing, I still had these symptoms.
What worked best for you?
@@TheAnxietyGuy1 Don't have one. I listen to your videos, trust in my doctors and just push through the symptoms.
I’m at the point where I’ve had every one of these. Now I’m getting a pseudo numbness in my face instead of the tingling and numbness in my body. When people ask how I’m feeling, and I tell them, they quickly shut me down. Like my feelings aren’t justified
12:36 ringing in the ears was a big one for me also heaviness in head but more like pressure in both head and ears dizziness shakiness and palpitations in ears thank you for clarifying still working on my anxiety but it is slowly getting better after 1 1/2
omg same!!! Awful!!!!
I have that too.also look into tinnitus or tmj
This is me verbatim.
I had 7 years non-stop panic attacks, it’s a living hell and I get laughed a lot by people, saying I deserved etc….One day, I didn’t care about people feelings or about my own panick att. And my panick att were completely gone by age 26, till this day i don’t have any panick att at all….What scares me is, when my empathy levels, emotions return to normal that I can feel panick att again…..Panick att is more common when you come from severe childhood trauma, that’s what makes sense more. At age 19 it triggered my anxiety for 7 years….It was living hell but I am use to it if I get them again. Even I get them again, I won’t care at all, no fear left. I think it triggered my personality, that’s what I found out. I became, uncaring, cold person, lack empathy. Even my old friends told me me ‘’what happend to you?’’ You’re so different….I am 34 now. I am aware panick att changed my personality completely….
I’ve no words , you are an angel from heaven ❤ while you are talking about muscle tightness I just stopped thinking and shivering , I’ve this and ik how painful it is and makes body so heavy , and anxiety makes your posture poor
Blessings thank you as well for the kind worlds
If i can see lovely people that can help me financially to get on my feet,i will start over again maybe i will be free from this anxiety/panic attack,am not always happy if my children need something i can't provide it,i will fall into crisis.pls good people help me .
WOW this was a great episode! The head is a huge one for me. Pain, heaviness, dizzy, etc. Someone made a comment about always grabbing a shopping cart, I do that too! Grocery stores make me dizzy as well as large crowds, omg!!! I feel so seen in this video and comment section
I feel seen too. I’m so glad that all of us can come here and talk about our fears.
Thanks for sharing!
Me too dizziness four years now. It’s a horrible feeling. I’ve had tests all normal. X
I've started listening to alpha waves. Jelly legs in the morning and definitely need a shopping cart to hang on to. It's difficult to shop for food with zero appetite and nausea.
Thanks for sharing!!
My anxiety disorder started when I lost my business that is giving me joy,to feed my children. It will start from my stomach, heart beat, next I will be shaking am not feeling cold but my body will just be shaking, that thing is a monster,am a failure nobody to bring me out of this financial mess since over five year now.
I always afraid of the night
I have almost every symptom you name here..except the hurtfull knees and lower back..for me its more my neck, shoulders and upper back. I try to rewind my mind and do things people advised me to do..but i just got out of a bad relationship that i still haven't recovered from..a painful past with bad experiences..i'm gonna start therapy this monday..but sometimes i feel so tight in my neck and troath that i think that i'm gonna choke..and thats what makes the anxiety and panic attacks worse..but i dont know what to do with all these symptoms..i cant think like oh yes i am happy with all off these..
Yes, had them all. Many are gone or happen less frequently as I improve. Switching my diet and watching your videos were a big help.
Thanks for giving us this update it will help others :)
wow I used to have all of these symptoms and more. Working through your health anxiety program desensitized me I don't have any symptoms anymore except the odd nail biting here and there

I have all minus lump in throat, ringing in ears. Not loss of appetite, but not feeling “up to” preparing food based on the other fatigue like symptoms. Currently working through a pinched nerve in neck/shoulder/arm.. Twitching of muscles occurring now in area of pain. Stress relief? Too confusing. Your explanations provided some clarity..thank you.
i have had constant bloating and intestine inflammation for the past 2 years which i believe was triggered by me moving to another country. i was frantically trying to find a physical issue but it has just been labeled as IBS
I can relate completely. I was told I had IBS but now I found out it seems to be endometriosis plus high anxiety doesn’t help . Sending good thought your way.
I've watched you for a long time. You project such safety and wisdom. Thank you for your work🙏 have a boundless day 💚
Thank you! You too!
Bin and needles in my brain sometimes all over my body, breathing problems symptoms 24/7 everyday for 10 months now.

Anyone else have anxiety about eye floaters? They developed during a really stressful time a few months ago and never went away. Now I have anxiety about them getting worse or not being able to forget about them (my eyes have already been checked, my retina is fine).
I've had these
I have these now 😢it’s so annoying and concerning all at the same time
@@crystalH30 I know :( I have so many and I'm only 32. Like I'm nearsighted and have a slight astigmatism but damn. I'm worried I'm doomed to see these the rest of my life. People say theirs went away once their anxiety was under control but what am I supposed to do if the anxiety is over the eye floaters lmao like damn how y'all get over it 😂 ugh. I hope you find relief from them soon!! Get your eyes checked to make sure they're good. Most people get over them once they do that.

@@elizabetht9712I've had them.constant since 18 now 43 they don't bother me now but pain does
My number one is stomach tied in knots and diarrhea. Hold most of my tension in the belly.
As 1 of 3 processors in the body the stomach can hold much of the fear perceptions yes.
Does anyone have chest pressure / weird chest feelings that make them feel super unwell ? I hope for some answers on this 😢
Often suppressed anger can be the culprit for this from an emotional stand point.
I do. It also comes with upper back pain as well. Qigong, breathing, surrender sessions always help.
Anyone have sudden burst of flame / heat in chest ? I mean FAST ALL OF A SUDDEN ?
Ido..everyday I feel chest pressure.i feel chest pain always.so very uncomfortable.i hate this feeling..i don't know if this is a symptoms of anxiety.
Wow dennis lump the knee and back .l dont suffer constant back ache but have a few weeks on and off. But explaining the reasons. Spot on. My anxiety started 18y now 73ys and l have learnt lots from you on your channel. Knowing why the symptoms are there and and what its to your body and help what to do is better than pills. Thankyou
Thank you for your videos. They gave me the willpower to stop making excuses and start this journey. Only day 2 for me so far, but I am looking forward to being healed from my health anxiety!
You’re so very welcome I’m glad the videos are helping. ❤️
I am definitely experiencing short term memory - at it's worst I forget what I wanted to say mid- sentence!!! Names of people and places come and go as well. So pleased that you said it's normal!!
Nice to see you Sally
@TheAnxietyGuy1 Thank you 😊 I'm still plodding on - some days better than others. I am taking antidepressants and just can't get to the point where I feel confident enough to reduce the dosage. However, I love your videos and podcasts so please keep them coming as they make me feel good 👍 Hope you and your family are keeping well 😊
Hi again Dennis ☺️ I really resonated a lot with some of the symptoms you mentioned in the video, especially vertigo and jelly legs. Vertigo was actually one of my first anxiety symptoms and still is along with a feeling that the floor is made or marshmallow when I walk. Thankfully, I’ve trained myself to realise these as just sensations and not fact but they sure aren’t fun to feel. I also clench my jaw and tend to actually hold my breath rather than hyperventilate when panicked. Another couple of behaviours I’m trying to “train away”. Thank you for another insightful video 👏🏻👏🏻☺️
Love it, training, that's what we need coupled with a patient and compassionate approach.
Especially towards yourself 💖
I have had the off balance dizziness non stop since last sept. I got dizzy at work in the heat and had a full on panic attack at my customers’ house and then it has stuck with me since then. This whole year has been my world getting smaller and smaller. I want to get better! We will get better ! Thank you!
I’m so sorry you’re experiencing this, I know how unnerving and overwhelming it can be 💖 Please remember, what you resist persists. I know it’s easier said than done but I have found the most effective thing to help my anxiety is to just accept it. The symptoms, the thoughts, all of it. Remind yourself that they are just thoughts, just sensations and they can’t hurt you 💖 I wish you all the luck and love in the world 💖
Yes most of these I’ve experienced. For a few weeks I had the tremor and out of body sensation. I went to hospital many times with elevated heart rate around 180. I also had hot body sensations like hot flushes I wonder if anyone else had that? I have to say, both my GP and Psychologists are very happy with my progress. I do your daily affirmations, I meditate, I read your books and others as well. It does work. It’s not easy. But determination and daily commitment will get us there. I’m still a work in progress but I’m back at work, and doing so many other things I never thought I’d be able to six months ago. Thankyou Dennis!
You are very welcome and thank you for your inputs they are appreciated.
I needed this today!! This is perfect! Thank you!!!
So very welcome keep up the progress
I have done what needed to be done. Now it's time to move forward. Thanks Dennis once again for your help.💙
You are welcome friend
I hate having anxiety. People think I'm nervous but Im thinking Im ok. When someone pointd out my fidgeting or my vonstant moving it seems to get worse. I try do hard for people not to notice my issue's but my voice gets shaky and I usually end up leaving the situation as quickly as I can
My two biggest are the palpitations and knots in my stomach that brings on feelings of something about to happen.
The palpitations are like skipped heart beats or weird irregular heart beats.
you can’t imagine how much I truly 😢love hearing your voice I’m constantly scared but I feel like you are my friend 😢

Lovely to hear ❤️
Love this video❤relatable. When I walk to work I get jelly legs, and I keep noticing it. Things make sense now.
The JAW CLENCHING, I woke up today in the middle of the night , with a very painful mouth/Grinding teeth . The JAW was very achy, I threw my mouth guard on. A reminder that Anxiety can happen at any time. Even when your fighting your demons in your sleep 😅..

Only ringing in the ears is not mine
I have proper health anxiety for about 6 months in 2023 and I still experience random symptoms until today. Trying to get back into exercising but the muscle soreness is freaking me out. For instance back soreness equals to heart attack symptoms for me 🥴 or when my heart is beating too fast while cardio time, omg... Can someone help?
I had this. I still do in places. Its hard isn't it. 😢
I don't understand why anxiety pain don't go away even if I'm good in my mind and thoughts , sometimes is a feeling of emptiness in your chest and when you think anxiety is gone these comes and don't leave me alone I'm so lond I don't understand it anymore how to act
Does anyone have a new symptom every few months and focus on it. I’ve had one since March focusing on it every day. Went to Dr had it checked and still focus on it because it still bothers me when I go to restroom (sorry TMI). How do we stop obsessing when the “symptom” is still there and we’ve checked it out and told it’s not going to kill us. ????
I’m with you on this one a new symptom each month and just can’t stop obsessing with it it’s all I can think about
Omg I thought I was crazy. I’ve tried so many things. I’m sorry you have this too. I wish we were friends. lol we could help each other.

Has anyone here lost a load of body weight?
30 pounds in 3 months because of anxiety
Yes. I lost 13 kilogram, that is approximately 29 pounds in three months time. Just could'nt eat.
Yes! Of course I went right to bowel cancer. Ha! Your brain burns a ton of calories and when it’s on overdrive you can definitely lose weight. Especially if you’re like me and also have a hard time eating because of anxiety stomach issues.
The thing is Annette, I’ve been eating as normal! Just my poo looks bigger than my meal!
Yes. I was 140 and Ive lost down to 108 .I hate it
Lower back pain is excruciating. I had labs done because I thought I had problems with my kidneys. I am carrying stress on my body.😬
Emotionally it usually involves feeling unsupported and unable to provide the kind of support desired for others.
I can relate to this
I have all these.
A lot of these are me during a bad week of anxiety too much in my emotions and body too much sensory overload

My asthma flares up and have gut issues and now i have depression and anxiety and i always feel dizzy wobbly.... I feel weak. Ive never taken any antidepressants for fear of either them making me feel worse or me having to rely on them forever. Help me please 😢 the other day i had three different parts of my body twitching it lasted one day also my eye lids twitch some people say that cold plunging helps?
