Yep, had all of those and more!
Words coming out wrong when speaking. Gurgling in the tummy. Tunnel vision and hard to turn your neck. Blurry vision like a smokescreen. Pins and needles in my toes. Body jolts. Itching in the legs. Shooting pains in the body. Difficulty getting to sleep. Burning tip of the tongue. Hot flushes / shivers. The feeling that something bad is about to happen. Thoughts of negativity and doom. Not being able to stand for a length of time when someone is talking to me. Difficulty with eye contact for long periods of time. Thoughts that other people think you look ill. Uncomfortable in large crowds or bust traffic. Afraid something is going to happen to you while in the bath or shower (feeling vulnerable). Afraid to be on your own incase something happens.

I usually grab a shopping cart even when I don't need one, just for help with balance in stores. Jelly legs, dizziness, & tremor can be really bad sometimes. When this happens now, I just sit down & let it pass. I know what it is now. It's extremely alarming when you aren't aware of what's going on inside your body.

I had 7 years non-stop panic attacks, it’s a living hell and I get laughed a lot by people, saying I deserved etc….One day, I didn’t care about people feelings or about my own panick att. And my panick att were completely gone by age 26, till this day i don’t have any panick att at all….What scares me is, when my empathy levels, emotions return to normal that I can feel panick att again…..Panick att is more common when you come from severe childhood trauma, that’s what makes sense more. At age 19 it triggered my anxiety for 7 years….It was living hell but I am use to it if I get them again. Even I get them again, I won’t care at all, no fear left. I think it triggered my personality, that’s what I found out. I became, uncaring, cold person, lack empathy. Even my old friends told me me ‘’what happend to you?’’ You’re so different….I am 34 now. I am aware panick att changed my personality completely….

Hi again Dennis ☺️ I really resonated a lot with some of the symptoms you mentioned in the video, especially vertigo and jelly legs. Vertigo was actually one of my first anxiety symptoms and still is along with a feeling that the floor is made or marshmallow when I walk. Thankfully, I’ve trained myself to realise these as just sensations and not fact but they sure aren’t fun to feel. I also clench my jaw and tend to actually hold my breath rather than hyperventilate when panicked. Another couple of behaviours I’m trying to “train away”. Thank you for another insightful video 👏🏻👏🏻☺️

I know it’s easier said than done but I have found the most effective thing to help my anxiety is to just accept it. The symptoms, the thoughts, all of it. Remind yourself that they are just thoughts, just sensations and they can’t hurt you 💖 I wish you all the luck and love in the world 💖

Yes most of these I’ve experienced. For a few weeks I had the tremor and out of body sensation. I went to hospital many times with elevated heart rate around 180. I also had hot body sensations like hot flushes I wonder if anyone else had that? I have to say, both my GP and Psychologists are very happy with my progress. I do your daily affirmations, I meditate, I read your books and others as well. It does work. It’s not easy. But determination and daily commitment will get us there. Went to Dr had it checked and still focus on it because it still bothers me when I go to restroom (sorry TMI). How do we stop obsessing when the “symptom” is still there and we’ve checked it out and told it’s not going to kill us. ????
