They look so delicious, and I can't wait to make your recipe! I just subscribed, and I look forward to your videos and recipes. Thank you for sharing! 🤗💕
You seem to make everything look effortless! Thanks for the beef sauce recipe and all the tips and hints along the way. Great video and the finished product looks fabulous.
Thank you for actually putting the recipe in the description like you said you would! Sooo many channels say they will or that they will put a link to a recipe (or something else) and then you look for it and nothing. And sounds yummy, gonna try it!
Delicious… followed the recipe tonight, my whole family liked it! Thank you for sharing, I have been trying to make a good enchilada for years, but had never found a good recipe. It was my new year’s resolution…. Completed January 11!! Will try your rice recipe another day.
My fave enchilada sauce is the traditional tex mex gravy. Not many restaurants know how to make it. Back in the day there used to be a restaurant in northside houston where they made the best chili gravy and ever since then i only found a couple places who have legit gravy. I like it more on the brown side then reddish if that makes sense lol
I’m in DFW area…Sounds like Ojeda’s chili con carne sauce…it’s not that red stuff. I have tried many recipes and I will try this one as well…one thing I have found is Walmart has their organic brand of chili powder that’s not as red and it tastes better in enchilada sauces.
Oh thank you so much for sharing your recipe! I grew up in Uvalde, TX. I miss the food so much! I just love enchilada gravy. We just can't find this good food here in NW Missouri.
Geez. This is amazing. I Iive in the midwest now and the "mexican food" suuuucks. They have never heard of this and its so aggravating. I really took living in South Texas for granted. I miss the red beet tortillas too. Thanks for the video
Would you believe I moved to Mexico and you can't find food like this here? I am in the Yucatan State and had no idea that "Mexican food" was not the same for all Mexicans! Long live Tex-Mex!!
Look delicious! The ingredients say one pound of ground beef. However, it doesn’t look like you used very much beef in your video. Is it really one pound?

Hi. Is comino the same as cumin? I'm going to try this today. Thanks for the recipe.
Hello Terry, yes it is.!
Look delicious! The ingredients say one pound of ground beef. However, it doesn’t look like you used very much beef in your video. Is it really one pound?
Yes it was a pound of hamburger.
You know its real when she says comino instead of cumin
Gebhardt chili powder is the secret
If I don't have chili powder, can I use chile colorado de los tamales?? Ty laura💞💞
Yes you can. Of course boil the chili first.
@@VirtualkitchenwithLaura ty laura😉😉

For some reason cheddar never works for me. It's like eating paste/glue when it's melted. I use American
American cheese all the way!
Nope.
Okay. Thank you.
