- 15 minutes abs workout to follow along!
Primarily targeting the upper abs with crunches!
All you will need is your mat!
Timer is on for 45 seconds; 40 seconds of work, 5 seconds to get ready for next exercise!
Please don’t worry if you not in position when beeper goes for next exercise.... it is only a guide and if it takes a few extra seconds it’s fine! This should be a smooth flow workout!
Please note: if you are new to crunches, you can place hands behind head to provide support however it is important to don’t strain and jolt when performing crunches. Smooth lifting and lowering, looking in front and up so not down or straight up above.
If you do feel strain in the neck, simply stop the workout.

This is, in part, a sad story, such things should never happen and nobody should have to go through such moments! I said “in part” because it is also an example of determination and strong will to left behind that troubling moment in you life! I'm confess I'm totally addicted to Carolines training. Today I past another milestone using 20kg DBs and 12.5kg DBs. This Unilateral work is so good as it really shows off the weaker areas. The onesided Chest Press with 20kgs was a challenge, maintaining the balance, getting the DB into position, and keeping that Press with good form for the time but its so satisfying. Probably one of the most difficult but definitely one of the most rewarding workouts. Have a great weekend everyone. Caroline thank you and you do know you have created a monster in me 😁

Such fire 🔥 I absolutely loved this! I love the slower pace when doing an work, it really makes me focus on the mind/muscle connection and let’s me concentrate on my breathing. Too often quick ab work uses too much momentum and not enough abs. This was the perfect slow and steady burn! I really loved the straight arm crunch today. Reminded me of my fave ab move, the roll up. All the oblique moves were great today too, especially the knee tucks. Thanks Caroline! Way to go all!

Noo you keep posting when in Argentina its 2am but tomorrow lets smash it!!! Recently I haven’t had time to exercise for 12 hs per week since I started college, I feel so stressed and I don’t have time. Is 6 hs per week enough? I’m 18 and I’m afraid of losing my progress. 18! Remember to live the moment and enjoy!
6 hours of workout a week is excellent!
You won’t loose progress.. Even if you do, and you have trained this young, you’ll jump back right in.
I'm currently 17 and exercise 5-6 hours every week, and trust me it's more than enough! Remember progress is maintained both exercising (as much as your body sees fit, don't exhaust it!) And by eating healthy. Right now, have a major focus on your education, keep stress levels low, and eat healthy!
Hi...6 hrs a week is plenty. But the most important thing is please don’t feel stressed about how much exercise you are doing and please don’t ever feel that exercise is a chore! Try just to build exercise into your life and it’s really important that you have fun exercising and look forward to it! Please post anytime....you’ll get loads of support from this lovely community! Tagged this to the end of your EPIC ENDGAME DAY 15, I can still feel my abs. For the crunch I really tried to concentrate on my breathing holding the lower abdomen down and using abs well what I have got to pull up. Thank you, loved this workout.
