New mom here! Ive been trying to find quick workouts to do while my baby does tummy time. I Did this workout two days ago thinking that it’s JUST 10 minutes and it would be easy. My abs hurt bad and this is taking into consideration that I even modified some moves. 10/10 would recommend this. Can’t wait to do it again!
I follow a lot of fitness youtubers, but definitely Maddie has the best abs videos for me. They are both challenging and easy to follow. I love that’s a quick break that allows me to rest a bit to keep going. Otherwise if the abs videos are no rest, I get tired and my form is just not great which I try to avoid. I’ll try to do this one tho hahahs just because it’s from you but no rest between exercises isn’t my thing
watch the video first, know exactly which move is next so you wouldn't be worried about the form as much and practice,, that way the no rest portion will not be an issue!

this is fr the hardest workout that i’m willing to do and it works!! ive been doing it on and off for over 2 months now and i have 4 pack abs with the remaining 2 slowly showing up, all i gotta say is that on top of this you have to diet a bit to maintain low body fat for abs to show through. thank you so much for this workout routine it’s one of my favs and works the best

It was intense for me, so I did 5 mins and then I switched to the treadmill. I ran for like 15 mins, and went back to continue the rest. Thank you, another great video Mad!
HOLY HECK! Do I LOVE MadFit. I have been doing one of her HIIT classes every other day for a few months now and finish with either a 15 or 10 minute ab workout every time, added at the end. She is so personable, down-to-earth (“ooh sweat is in my eye” LOL SAME GIRL) and her classes push me. They are challenging, but not impossible and worth it. I never regret it. The days I don’t do her HIIT class, I go on a run. On the days I go for my run, I do this ab workout and I feel like a MACHINE! Love you, MadFit! Thank you for these classes and being apart of my day EVERYDAY. Down already 8 pounds!

I do one of your old video from 2019 on abs+arms and then this one, I'm not really myself anymore ahahah It kills, but I love your video they are simple to follow and watching you encourage us and suffer with us keep us motivated and we give everything we have to finish these exercises, I do 30min everyday for 3 weeks now and the result are amazing, thank you!
That really was intense. I couldn't do them all including the sit up like ones where you bring one knee in at a time then both knees. I also struggled with the reverse bicycle crunches but I did as best as I could. I am going to keep trying with this one and hopefully see some improvement

I have been doing this abs workout 5-7 times a week for 4 mnths no -- great results! Feeling stronger in my core, easier to move, easier to get balanced. Highly recommended - cannot be without any ore!
I love that even you make wincing faces when things start burning and getting heavy. Totally adding this to my regimen! Also how do you do all these videos without drinking water during the breaks!? Lol I get so thirsty😂
Usually those planks will get me and I’ll have to come down for a rest every 10 seconds or so, especially after tough exercises like mountain climbers, but on that very last plank, I really pushed through and squeezed everything tight, and didn’t give up. I’m really surprised I was actually able to hold it. It really is us that chooses to give up, most of the time, and not our bodies. If we choose to push through and take control, our bodies most likely will.
Congratulations on the plank lol. Planks are very hard (emphasize hard), but it is worth every second of agony. Please keep proper form tho. In the beginning, I used to curve my lower back too much, which caused me great pain. Keeping your core engaged also helps. Keep doing a 30 seconds to 1 minute plank everyday and you'll definitely be able to see changes
i tried this ab workout a few months ago and just gave up.. I was so weak! after training with your other ab workouts a couple times a week Im proud to say made it through this time!!!!
You are probably not pressing your lower back against the floor, meaning you are arching your lower back = using your hip flexors primarily to lower and raise your legs instead of your abs and core. My tip would be to make sure that your lower back is pressed against the floor at all times by lifting your head up. If it's hard on your neck, use a support like a small pillow or folded towel. Never lower your legs more than you can handle - if your lower back loses contact with the floor you are going too low. If it's too hard to do the movements with straight legs - just bend your knees. If you stay consistent with your ab and core workouts you will naturally get stronger and eventually able to increase your range of motion. Holding your hands on the floor next to your butt could also help with stability. Hope you'll figure it out, keep pushing! 🤗

this one was really hard, I had to modify and almost gave up in the first 15 break but I completed it!!

I have been doing this abs workout 5-7 times a week for 4 mnths no -- great results! Feeling stronger in my core, easier to move, easier to get balanced. Highly recommended - cannot be without any ore!
I love that even you make wincing faces when things start burning and getting heavy. Totally adding this to my regimen! Also how do you do all these videos without drinking water during the breaks!? Lol I get so thirsty😂

Usually those planks will get me and I’ll have to come down for a rest every 10 seconds or so, especially after tough exercises like mountain climbers, but on that very last plank, I really pushed through and squeezed everything tight, and didn’t give up. I’m really surprised I was actually able to hold it. It really is us that chooses to give up, most of the time, and not our bodies. If we choose to push through and take control, our bodies most likely will.
Congratulations on the plank lol. Planks are very hard (emphasize hard), but it is worth every second of agony. Please keep proper form tho. In the beginning, I used to curve my lower back too much, which caused me great pain. Keeping your core engaged also helps. Keep doing a 30 seconds to 1 minute plank everyday and you'll definitely be able to see changes

i tried this ab workout a few months ago and just gave up.. I was so weak! after training with your other ab workouts a couple times a week Im proud to say made it through this time!!!!

i can't believe that was only ten minutes! i've done many of the ab workouts here, and that was the hardest. looking forward to trying again.
So tough on my hip flexors and low back. My legs feel too heavy, what am I not doing right? Still love the difficulty though 👍🏻
Tuck the back of your hands underneath your back/booty for extra support!
You are probably not pressing your lower back against the floor, meaning you are arching your lower back = using your hip flexors primarily to lower and raise your legs instead of your abs and core. My tip would be to make sure that your lower back is pressed against the floor at all times by lifting your head up. If it's hard on your neck, use a support like a small pillow or folded towel. Never lower your legs more than you can handle - if your lower back loses contact with the floor you are going too low. If it's too hard to do the movements with straight legs - just bend your knees. If you stay consistent with your ab and core workouts you will naturally get stronger and eventually able to increase your range of motion. Holding your hands on the floor next to your butt could also help with stability. Hope you'll figure it out, keep pushing! 🤗
