Great videos, Tom! I use your workouts 5 times a week and love the concept. It really helps me stay motivated and on track. I had a small suggestion that might make your videos even more effective: maybe you could consider adding a visual of a torso where you highlight the muscle groups we're targeting during each exercise. It would be super helpful for viewers to see exactly what we're working on in real-time. Keep up the amazing work!
Now this one is perfect. The set up, the clock, the bar, the routine, the relaxed voice, all of it. (Just wondering why you kept pausing the clock during those side planks????? )
Been searching for a good workout to do at home that doesn’t include fast moment with legs as I am nursing a hip injury and found this. Bloody exhausted now and didn’t even manage 40sec for some of the exercises. Humbled and excited to do it again the day after tmrw. Room for improvement for sure 🙏🏻 Stockholm, Sweden 🇸🇪
@ after a career as a dancer and aerial circus artist my body needs functional strength and working on stability. This video I tried today was awesome. I am knackered now but have a good feeling in my body 🤸🏻♂️ 🇸🇪 🎪 thank you again!

😂 I’ll take unique. Calisthenics is all about bodyweight strength & mobility so very different to HIIT workouts which are really just about burning kcal and moving the body about.
Do something every day jut you could mix the workouts. Don’t worry about reps for most follow alongs. Just keep moving for the set timed interval and maximise time under tension👍🏼

Some of the strangest workouts I've seen on UA-cam 🤣🤣 not necessarily anything wrong but def unique!
