Hi everyone, thank you so much for joining me. I'm going to take you through this lovely and slow yoga class for full body flexibility and stress relief. This is a great sequence for all experience levels and makes a great end of day practice since we're moving slowly and taking our time in each pose. A great class to do after work, in the evening or before bed but truly you can practice it at any time which is suitable to you.
This is meant to be a grounding yoga class to support your nervous system and increase full body flexibility. You'll want to have two blocks for this class or just some dense cushions or pillows as substitute. The key with this practice is to breathe deeply and relax. I really hope you enjoy it!

First of all, I want to say ( how do I feel) I want to cry. Emotionally, I'm very grateful for you and all you do . I am going through the hardest part of my life right now. And ( I know I say this a lot and I'm sorry , but I Really really mean it , it means SO MUCH to me ) I'm comforted by the presence of you r sweet daring kitties. Just hearing them calms my heart ❤. Would love to smother them in tons of kisses. And , I onlooker , I've said it before, but I Really really love your hair , I wish you would have done it sooner , it's SO you . You are on fire. I have a question: will you be open to make a yoga class 9n pelvic floor strengthening and for Mom's carrying baby's on our hops. I experiencing tightness in my left hip. Because I Cary baby on the left side (22 pounds) and i need some kind of scratches to help with that.

Beyond thankful for this video. Going through a ton of changes and I was dealing with overwhelm paralysis and couldn’t do anything but lay around all day when normally I’m very active. This practice was gently enough to not feel overwhelmed but soothing and rejuvenating enough to wake my body up and get me feeling more “me” again.
I’ll be watching this every morning I can
I only started yoga about two weeks ago. Every single time I come to the mat, I leave feeling better. My body hurts less, I'm more at peace and I sleep better on the days I do it.

I can't tell how much I appreciate this practice. I'm in the middle of chemotherapy and practice daily. This has been my go to when my energy is low. Such a wonderful full body slow flow practice and so meditative.

I did the whole practice with my kitten right next to me, and when your cat showed up, she jumped straight to the screen! The video stopped and that wasn't ideal, but it was also really funny at the same time. Thanks for this relaxing practice!

Hi Kassandra! Thank you for your professional yin yoga videos. I had horrible knots in my upper back/shoulders, but once I started doing your "supported fish" pose I feel the difference and the tightness has been improving in my chest, upper back, shoulders and rotator cuff. I do this pose twice a day for several minutes at a time. It's been a lifesaver.

Ok. I literally was having a mild panic attack. Just had anxiety that won't go away. My meds I missed a day so this immediatly worked. Before we started the poises I was calm. Thank you. I was subscribed but idk it u changed channels but I subscribed again. N I saw power yoga elsewhere n now u have one! U stay on it women! Hope ur enterprise keeps growing. U seem already like a support for my recovery but never even met you. Thank you for touching my life with ur videos.
I had a few things to do today and then, at 8 pm, I realized I had only gotten one thing done. I have anxiety and tend to struggle with not keeping up to plan, so I went into this state of stress and blaming. I decided to search up a yoga video, since that was a thing I intended to do today. I picked this video even though I wasn't feeling like doing 30 minutes of yoga - and I'm so glad I did! I feel so much better, very calm and ready to take on these tasks tomorrow. Thank you🤗❤

I truly appreciated this flow! As a fellow yoga instructor, you know we tend to overwork our muscles. Lately, I've been doing a series of routines focused on the splits, which have left me extremely sore. Thus, the ease of this sequence truly helped release some of that built-up tension to help alleviate my overstretched muscles.

Have had extra stress and dark critical thoughts for the past few days, and in spite of the hundreds of mornings that have started with your yoga classes, I was doubtful this morning that this class would help. Thankfully, I was wrong!! I feel lighter, less serious, more open to flow, and have softened some of the tension that has built up in my shoulders. THANK YOU once again for your incredible gifts!
I just finished this one as a morning stretch. It's been a stressful week, and though I had a great massage on Thursday, I slipped on ice the next morning and undid some of our progress. I've been feeling it in my hips and shoulder, so definitely need some gentle movement and stretching to heal. This practice felt good for my body, helped me recenter after an already frustrating morning (and it's only going on 9am) so that I can make the rest of the day better. Thank you Kassandra!
