I'm so happy to be back with a brand new practice to help you unwind at the end of a long day. This is a great hatha yoga class to do after work or right before going to bed. You don't need any props and it is suitable for all levels! If you were sitting or standing for a long time today these stretches will help you relieve tension and tightness so that you can ease into a great night's rest.
Stretching before bed is a wonderful way to shift your mindset to rest and relaxation after a busy day. This is your opportunity to tune everything out and focus on yourself.

Ended my day with this. Yoga with Kasandra has changed my lifestyle positively since the Pandemic. How I wish I've discovered her a long long time ago. You've been part of my daily dose of inner peace. I feel great everyday, became flexible, in better shape now and most importantly I look at life positively despite this trying time. That was lovely. I saw this in my notifications, started it, and then realized it was over 30 minutes. I though, “I’m not sure I have time for this.” After finishing, I’m sure I didn’t have time NOT to do this. Music was very nice too. Thank you and good night.
JUST WONDERFUL! Don ‘t know if youre aware but u have a very positive impact on so many peoples lives. I’m a nurse and my hubby is a hospice pastor- you are a wonderful soothing force in both our lives-- blessings!!
Happy baby is my favourite pose and was praying till the end that it should be included (could have done it by myself but still wanted to hear Kassandra say it)

At first I thought do I really have time for 30 minutes. I then reframed and said I want this 30 minutes time for me to really relax before bed. I had a deep tissue massage today and this has helped the soreness. I love these night time yoga practices. Thank you. Namaste xo

This yoga kicked my butt for a bedtime yoga, but was great for a good stretch.
It's so interesting how when life becomes stressful people (or at least I) lose sight of habits that make you feel good. Such as a healthy diet and yoga. Today was my first yoga session again in weeks & boy do I feel it. Aches and pains everywhere from working my desk job 10+ hours a day lately. 😢
But these 30 minutes helped so much already! So see you tomorrow in the next session 😀💪

Last night was the first time I tried one of the longer bedtime practices. I slept like a rock and felt fantastic. According to my watch, I had over five hours of deep sleep out of seven hours. (I only had time for a shorter practice tonight, but those are effective, too.) Thank you.
