Congratulations, and thank you for all the workouts, positivity, and just being yourself during the workout(It makes me laugh when you start dancing or doing/saying funny things during the workout-its NEVER boring) I was sad when I first read the title of this video, I've never really enjoyed inside workouts until yours, so I'm incredibly happy your not going anywhere 😁 I need to go browse your mechanise, I want to contribute to what your giving back to us, plus a little advertising isn't bad, especially if it gets other people to give your awesome workouts a try!

I feel like for a long time I was taking care of everyone else and putting my needs and health on the backburner. Now, I make sure to take care of myself which is all thanks to finding your channel. The amount of free content that you offer is incredible. Not everyone may be able to afford a personal trainer or CrossFit/ group training workouts and you’ve made these workouts available for everyone! Most importantly to have these workouts available during this time of Covid-19.
