Great stretch on the inner thighs lunge with elbow on floor in the beginning🙂 and the last move in pigeon pose with legs was great for hips. Also leg over knee with forward bend, was great for hips too🙂

I stretch every day after my workout (it's like a gift to myself after working so hard - that and a protein shake!). This is such a great stretch and I'm really pleased to see a bit more focus on beginner options (I'm not a beginner but sometimes the stretches are a bit intimidating - I've progressed massively but still have a very arthritic hip!). Loved this Sydney, keep em coming! xx
Julie Warman I envy you I have been working out for years and eating like a bird and still can’t lose weight. I had a problem with eating for a while but now that I’m eating better the scales won’t move. Do protein shakes help you lose weight?
@@kellymorris8478 ooh I'm no expert. I don't think they do but as I'm a veggie I figure a bit of extra protein should help my muscles recover (that and stretching!). I struggle to lose weight as I'm diabetic so always seem to need to eat a load to avoid low blood sugars to then workout! But psychologically I love a tough workout and that feeling when you're laying in a pool of sweat gasping like Darth Vader.. means more than what the scales say! Plus strength and flexibility make me look and feel better. Keep it up but think of the positives not just about losing weight xx

I need to focus more on stretching. I’m awful about it. I’m getting older and I can’t afford not to stretch. I’m so bent on burning calories and fat that I always blow off any stretching that’s more than five minutes.
