We recently found a home under construction that was in a beautiful area of Charlotte and we knew we were ready to call this place our own! I wanted to document this process to be able to look back on as we turn this building into our home and have our first place to call our own. I know we will be able to create so many memories here and I'm really excited and most importantly so GRATEFUL.

Two healthy pregnancies and worked out almost everyday until the babies popped out. Included running, HIIT, and modified weights. It can be done and done safely if all is normal :).

Lucky you. I had been working out before pregnancy, but between being sick and just plain tired, my routine tanked down to nothing. I tired. 😒

Sydney!! I'm a teenager from Arizona and I have to say that I've been doing your workouts since March and am so blessed to have you as my virtual trainer. I was able to drag in my younger sister and mom to have some fun with me as well and we can't go a day without your workouts. Thank you so much for not only providing us with such fun, scary, exhausting, and thrilling workouts but also for the inspiration that you are to my sister and I! We truly look up to you and so does my mom. She honestly waits for you to say "low impact" haha but I am so proud of her and your channel has brought us 3 much closer together. Side note--I have lost 21 pounds since I started working out with you but, most importantly, I have developed a healthy lifestyle that I hope to continue for the rest of my life. I'll be working out with you in 20 minutes and can't wait for today's workout! I'm virtually here every day with you and I can't put into words what you mean to me. Thank you Sydney!! Loved this vlog and your workouts Sydney!! My roommate and I are college athletes, and with our fall season being delayed we have not been able to hit the gym or do team workouts as often as we normally would. We started doing your workouts in our dorm in September and have been doing them since!! Thank you for always showing up and giving us workouts each day!!!! It has greatly improved our endurance and strength as athletes :)
