This workout is a hiit, tabata, fun fitness workout that is perfect for all fitness levels. We will target our arms, legs, and abs to show off our incredible definition!

We will work for 4 rounds of 20 seconds of work for every exercise and the workout will be a straight set style workout. The training variables we will implement in our workout today will be focusing on the powerful and explosive execution of your reps. You will use weights that are considered medium-heavy weight for each exercise to be able to perform more reps powerfully and you will move your body in quick explosive fashion in our cardio movements. Think of agility and powerful strength today moving your body and the resistance with all your might each rep. This might mean you take a few more seconds between reps but the power is all I am looking for in this workout. You will aim for 6-10 reps for each work period and aim for MAX EFFORT!

Been working out with Sydney 5.5 years and this is the first time I’ve posted. I’ve shared the channel with friends, strangers, my lacrosse players and high school students. I’ve trained with some of the best in the business in the DMV area. My daughter shared this with me after my first knee surgery in ‘19 and between this and PT I never went back to our training facility. Sydney’s well thought out/planned w/ purpose are 2nd to none in my experience. Blessed to have this 🥰

I’m being my best self!!! I have to be truthful I’m struggling with the scale again. Over the past three months the scale is up 5 pounds. I feel I’m doing everything the same way but it keeps crawling. I have gotten away from relying on the scale but my mind is creeping back to that mindset!!! Have to keep my focus on my lifestyle.
I try to tell myself that my scale is a stupid, battery operated device that actually tells me very little about my health. Keep it up Susan!

One way to verify what has changed without relying on the scale is to simply track: track your food intake, track your workouts, track your sleep, and then see if you notice any differences from what you were doing before or just notice anything not supporting your current goals.
That 4th round on each move really makes a difference! Love it!
