I use the unsweetened version, morning and night and I have noticed that my sleep has improved! I wake up much less, sometimes not at all when I take it before bed. I was taking magnesium previously so can’t work out what is making the difference…but it’s now an essential part of my evening (and morning) routine 👍

I just received my electrolytes. I have the lemon and orange flavour and am pleasantly surprised by the taste. Not important I know but I love the colour too. I have a question though, 500ml is a lot of water for me and would take a while to get through. Is there a time limit once the drink is made up or would it be ok to sip through the day?

Fun fact, the colour comes from the inclusion of Astaxanthin (beneficial ingredient which is also responsible for giving salmon its pinkish hue). If so then unfortunately at the present time that would be the cheapest option the courier services the fulfilment team are able to use for shipments would be unfortunately. It seems to vary from country to country, I thought it would just be more expensive the further the country is from the shipment country (UK) but from what I have seen it isn't the case. Shipment to some locations that are fairly close to the UK end up costing considerably more than places like the USA.
