All te medical conditions Big pharma have treated all those years were all mostly caused by the vaccinations required to go to school. I have suffered from immune deficit with cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and asthma. Vitamin D has turned my life around ( with K2 and zinc). I have never felt so healthy. I did benefit from a side effect. My hair restored its thickness as it was when I was a child. I am a 71 year old woman and total believer in vitamin D.

Does anyone know of a definitive guide to taking vitamin D and others to boost the t immune system? I want to optimise my family’s levels but I really don’t know where to start. I’m also not sure if it is safe to do this if you are on immune suppressants post kidney transplant? (Would that compromise the action of the suppressants)

I have had seborrheic dermatitis most of my life. 10 yrs ago I suffered from debilitating GERD/acid reflux (due to high Stress and bad diet). Allergic to many many pollens.
During covid, I went on daily 5000IU Vit D, then up to 10k IU with k2. My GERD vanished, my severe pollen allergies dropped 70%, and the seb.dermatitis just up and fell off my face - 2 yrs ago. Still gone.

I have also had great success using Vit D to control my seborrheic dermatitis. The crazy thing, no doctor ever told me of the correlation. I actually started taking it in 2020 and noticed the change. I played with the dosage over 6 months and figured out it was the vit D making my SD better. I find it much more effective than any prescription cream. It would have been nice to have figured it out 10 years earlier!

I had a holistic doctor tell me, as a cancer survivor, that my level should be 80-100… my family practitioner keeps telling me that vitamin D is dangerous to have that high a level … she thinks 50 is fine… she’s also still wearing a mask in the office and pressures me to get the shots. Yeah, I need to find a new primary doctor.

I had a high-school friend at the time who was a retired neuro-surgeon and had devoted many years to the interaction of supplements/food and cancer. One of the Vitamins he proposed I take was Vit. D. I did so, along with a healthier diet and other supplements (too many to remember); and I got a response to Herceptin that only 26 percent of women get. My doctors were "blown away" and said my response was truly remarkable. This cancer has a high return rate. I still take my Vit. D. and am very diligent about my diet. I've always been anti-over consumption of vitamins and supplements, but when the whole world got sent into lockdowns it only made sense that Vitamin D would be needed, and it was the one thing my family started taking. If the CDC and their counterparts worldwide had advised Vit D, and sensible precautions (if you are sick stay home, etc.) the world would be a happier place right now. But no, couldn't do that if there was no money or power in it for anyone.

Since then I have had no colds and recently, when my wife had COVID, I looked after her and yet I didn't catch it from her. Also, the bonus is that my psoriasis (first appeared 30 years ago) has receded and doesn't require the various creams I used to use. I'm now a great fan of Vit D. Almost 10 years ago I had a terrible flare up of psoriasis, a disease I'd had for 47 years. I found a site that recommended high (very high) dose vitamin D. 40,000 iu daily for 8 weeks. By week 6 my skin, which had been completely covered with guttate and plaque psoriasis, was psoriasis free. I'll be celebrating 10 years with minimal amounts of psoriasis this coming September. I only take 10-15,000 iu daily now and have never had side effects. And my little dog is 11 years old and I have never missed taking her for her daily walks. Vitamin D completely changed my life. And cutting dairy to the minimum. I had Covid once. It was the flu. I still walked the dog. Thank you for getting this information out. It is so important.

If your insulin levels are chronically high, your vit D levels can be lowered because the vit D becomes locked up inside your fat cells. Fasting also has a great effect on restoring the immune system as we age, including regenerating the immune system. It also restores the thymus over time, which is critical for fighting pathogens, cancer and autoimmune disease! Some benefits of occasional extended fasting and lowering carbs in the diet: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time, including in the heart and lungs.
Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. When insulin is high, vit D stays locked in the blood cells.
Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion plaques, growths and pathogens by the immune system. This will also remove spikes quicker, whether natural or unnatural in origin!
Your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies in a 72h fast, rejuvenating your entire immune system. This helps prevent the onset of new autoimmune conditions, which develop through a leaky gut and damaged immune system.
Blood sugar and insulin are lowered when fasting, reducing inflammation and allowing the immune bodies to move freely through the body.
Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release!
Blood clotting is lessened and clots and plaques are removed over time.
Fasting restores your circadian rhythm to normal over time.
T cells and T reg cells are vital in fighting cancer, autoimmune disease and infections but as we age the thymus stops making as many of them. Fasting releases stem cells, which then can become new T cells. It also releases growth hormone, which regenerates the thymus itself!
Fasting increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors and increases average telomere length in stem cell pools.
Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures.
When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell required for viruses to replicate.
The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting.
What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast but most teas and herbs are OK. Supplements and meds often break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting.
Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building.
Fasting activates autophagy (literally self eating). This will cause cells to recycle damaged proteins and foreign matter such as viruses.
Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body.
Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue!
The obese will lose loose skin while fasting, but the frail will have increased growth hormone release, which helps to make more lean tissue and reduce frailness.
Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility for some women.
Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system, just like the effect of CBD oil
Just 24h of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half! This reduces leptin resistance, which impairs immune function.
Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers. Some patients may need continued acid reduction medication while fasting.
Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose.
It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention!
Fasting releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers.
When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with.
Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level.
When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer.
A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs.
Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. They also help with dementia and many other issues even if you take them while not fasting!
Glycine and trimethylglycine can also be useful supplements while fasting that won't break ketosis and have many benefits.
Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast and seek advice.

93 what? ng/ml or nMol/L. If it is the first you are fine, maybe even a bit high, if the second you are still deficient. A number without a unit of measurement is meaningless. I'm guessing (which is a bad thing to have to do) that given your extraordinary dose for a year, it is probably the first, as the 9,000 IU that I've been on has raised even my housebound and sunlight-deprived level to 291nMol/L or 116.4ng/ml over the course of a few years, during which I could not get any doctor to order a test. Now I know, I have reduced to 5,000 IU as I am aiming for 150 - 200 nMol/L or 60 to 80 ng/ml, and I will somehow manage to get my level tested more frequently until I arrive at a good intake of supplemental VitD to maintain my level in that range.

And now today, another published paper showing that Vit D indeed would’ve been a better/cheaper option for many. My GP thinks my VIt D numbers are high, but I’ve studied and learned a lot. 40 is not a level I’m comfortable with. I also take it with a fat and take K2-7 too. TV channels should be putting the access death numbers up in the corners like they did for over a year when their narrative was supported by them publishing how many people were dying…many WITH not from COVID.

Luckily the dr didn't recommend Tamiful because I wouldn't have given it to her, but I asked him if giving her Vitamin D would help her recover quicker and I'm not kidding the look he gave me was that of utter confusion and disgust. He straight up said "No. It wouldn't help at all. I mean if you want to supplement it for them it doesn't hurt but it's not going to help." This was last Thursday 3/7/24. I hate 98% of doctors.

I first watched your videos on the benefits of take Vitamin D and doubling the dose, about 2 years ago. In the last 18 months I have not had a cold or virus. This is the first time I have not had the Christmas virus and cough, and my wife works with children. I am also pleased to say I have never had a positive Covid test, despite since lockdown travelling into London on public transport every day. I am for the record 69. Thank you for your advice on vitamin D.

I'm a respiratory physiotherapist and spent the first 14 months of the pandemic working in a COVID unit of a critical care ward, in full PPE, five days a week. It was a frightening time for us all and I did everything I could to prevent myself or anyone else from becoming infected. I took a Vitamin C, D and zinc dissolving tablet drink every day to keep my levels topped up as best I could. Do you know what? Out of the 20 or so of us on our small team, I was the only person not to go off sick with COVID-19 for the first two years of the pandemic. I later did become unwell and spent a few days in bed, but this was after restrictions had eased and I had stopped the daily vitamins. I completely believe the message in this video and have personal evidence to support it. I now take a regular multivitamin and plan to do so in the long term.

Why 'frightening'? All the figures showed that healthy people were at hardly any risk. Even those of us with no medical knowledge were able to read those figures. Why didn't medical people do their own research instead of allowing the MSM and those with vested interests to scare them?

More people need to know about *** D-Mannose ***for prevention of UTI, it’s a huge huge protection! My daughter (17) was prone, menstrual cycle related, but after learning about D-Mannose and her taking (1) 500mg daily before bed… none, zero, zip! Years of success!
My mother (72) travels a lot and has been prone for years and kidney infections from it also. I finally… finally… convinced her to take D-Mannose daily ( I bought it and shipped it to her) after her last horrible infection. Since then, she has not had any UTIs and it’s been 7 months! UTIs are extremely problematic in nursing homes and my mother in law (92, dementia) gets them commonly and is on antibiotics constantly. Unfortunately, nursing homes won’t give supplements just medication, it would be extremely beneficial for residents with uti issues.

@@tracker1009 I'm not sure I can name them , but Xtend-life is world leading . For 20 years they focused on health and cellular aging . The owner is over 70 and I have followed his journey the last 25 years . In terms of quality are second to none. They set the third party testing standards decades ago when it was unheard of in the industry. You can research and I'm sure you will come to the same conclusion.. however they are not the cheapest due to high quality but they give usually more for your money too in products saving money that way .
Even their basic multi has more ingredients than anything you find in the market, plus quality natural version of each vitamin rather than the synthetic version is added which can harm.

Yes me too I take 9,000 iu’s of Vit D as I have to to stay in the optimal level and have for yrs. Everyone is different in how much is required for optimal levels. These doctors saying certain amounts under 10, 000 iu’s are too much is just indicative of their lack of knowledge towards the importance of Vit D. However as healthy as I was I have Long Covid ?
