The ultra rest works great. I have always used a whisker biscuit on my other bow. The ultra lets the arrow off much smoother and faster. It also saves the life of the arrow fletching.
Yes I see what you mean. I did adjust the string stop at the range. It must have got loose from the vibration. It's important to keep everything tightened up.
Thanks for the advice. I should have held it more steady. I was a little hesitant after I spit one of my arrows down the middle as it was not knocked correctly.
Nice shooting man..... Great choice on a bow..... Looked like you were still not used to the edge of that let off but I'm sure you are now.... Good video :)
I like that it’s a light bow but has a stiff back wall to get use to. The bow is only 3.5 lbs. You got to sacrifice something for the weight. It’s a nicely balanced bow. I wonder how the Creed shoots.
Realy you think it is? I have been thining I should be able to pull back farther. My old bow had a longer DL mabe it was not sized up correctly thats why I am still not use to the Mathews.
Ive shot it. However it was a left handed bow it draws really smooth and 70pnds dont feel as bad since the idler wheel is huge. It shoots good to but im,thinking about going to a pse I like there dream season dna alot although its a dual cam
I’ve shot the helium and Killed so many deer with that rig. Finally moved onto the Triax and can honestly say it’s the best bow I’ve ever owned or shot. But I still own and love my Helim
Not being ugly at all.....but u either have a very bad pre shot habit or yr draw is too long. Either will cause u to shoot poorly. Correct it and most likely u will see a dramatic difference in yr shooting. Good luck!!!!!
I have two will never give them up one set up for hunting other for the range.
It’s a great bow. I still have it. Did some shooting yesterday and still works fantastic.
Thanks.. I wanted a light bow as I do a lot of walking in Catskill Mountains of NY

Thanks its a awesome bow..Yea I have gotten better with the let off. At first I was a little jumpy with it.

The sight is nice and clear in low light. It really illuminates nicely! The sight came with 3 pins but I added one more.
like the setup. Im thinking about getting that axion gridlock sight. how do you like the qad ultra rest?

Yes I will be making some for bow season and rifle. I just have not had any time lately to put it together.
The Hoyt is a awesome bow! I wish I had them both. My arrows better be the proper size they set me up at the archery show.
will do

looks like the drawlength is a little long for you
I hope not. it should be set correct.
It is now.

Yea it was moving around for me some. I need to be more steady..
Seven years later.
Your friggin string stop is about 1-1/4” too forward
I adjusted that long time ago.
👍🏼

But I still own and love my Helim
I still have the helim also. Shoots fine to this day.
Any hunting videos for 2012?
i seen that creep get you
This was first few times shooting this summer. Practice makes perfect!
your string stop isn't even stopping the string.. there's no contact.. you lengthen that and you probably get a quieter set up brother!
thanks for the tip
LOL it was the first time i shot it.
ur arrows look a bit long nice shooting just bought the hoyt carbon element g3

Thanks good luck this season.
Just a little flinchly
You need to fix your string stop. Should be about a credit card width from the string. Make sure the set screws didn't vibrate lose!!
come check out our stuff
Heli m is the worst bow mathews made. It has NO valley at all and its so damn lite it just hovers all over the place
