  • In the video I’m shooting my Mathews Helim with 70 pound limbs at 27 1/2 inch draw and I’m shooting the HHA optimizer light site with a whisker biscuit. My release is the new Scott echo hyper Jaw release. This set up is simple and effective. I love how light the bow is and I have been comparing it to the new Matthews Halon 32 that my buddy shoots and it still performs great. I would say for the new Bows you’re going to pick up a few more feet per second and may be a little less hand shock. If you get a chance go to your local pro shop and shoot the new Bows and see the difference for yourself.

Get rid of that whisker Biscuit and throw on a QAD drop away and it will shoot even better.
My Heli-m served me well since 2012 and shot awesome until I shot the Triax then Immediately bought it.
Now my Heli-m (all set up with new string) hangs on the wall as a reliable back up bow collecting dust yearning to be shot.
