Actually, I met with an accident and my right hand tricep bone got into two pieces and after fixing rod, I was unable to go to gym. Later, me after slowly practicing yoga from ur channel, now iam able to do 80% of asanas with still the rod fixed hand. The purpose iam txtg u here is to ask u to make one video of complete asanas in one single video with names. I would found more easier to practice regularly watching one single video. I can never be thankful enough to you. I started doing your tutorials in 2021 and it's part of my daily routine. For me, yoga means yogbela. I remember last year how much I was struggling with many of the postures. I have repeated this series at least 4-5 times (one in 2-3 months). One of my favorite classes. I wish to do it more regularly except the duration is long. I am a doctor, so that's my excuse for time xD. But today I finished this sequence with such ease, I decided to tell you. Thank you mam for my journey. I never knew I could come this far.

7/10 - super challenging. Intense practice and the inversion only made it tougher. Amazing set of asanas for the whole body. Leaves behind a bit of soreness in the body but a happy and satisfied feeling of having completed the entire routine.
Nice class madam I have regularly done yoga by watching vedio from last two month . Now I am feel more flexible than other yoga class So thanks for making this precious series
Amazing session, Preeti! Did handstand for the very first time. I didn't do it fully since I am the beginner in handstand but I am sure with practice will get there.
I remember the last time I did this series I was unable to jump in suryanamskar and was unable to do tripod stand. But this time I was able to jump and tried attempting the tripod stand though I could do inversion on my shoulder without any wall support from ur tutorial I slipped down doing this should check for the mistake probably I was overconfident placing my legs on my arms. And this is the first series that I started my yoga journey with and happy to see my progress all thanks to u mam🙏🏻
Done with the practice,head stand can't possible but reach upto knees on the harm... What ever up to now happy I never thought I'll reach here.. Thank you preeti. Sure on next session I'll reach the head stand

Day 7: Damn, it just got hundred times better. This has to be one of my favourite flows. I sweat like buckets and I am not complaining. Plus I've gotten strong AF. Thank you so much Preeti. I will continue to do this particular routine once every week for sure. ❤️

this was the finest . Reminded me of your in-person class , however I couldn't do headstand properly was little scared have always done this with the coach support. Can you please help me with more tips on how to do it better. Many thanks

Hey…been doing your transformation series….my body feels so relaxed and energetic! I have a query…. My hands shake a lot after a while of poses especially during side plank and chakrasana my hands totally gave up although I can do them in a regular class! Any poses for strength building for arms and shoulders would be great! And more yoga for belly and sides please! Doing an amazing job! Thanks alot! You’re changing lives!💕💕
