    Day 5 Done... Bahut maza aaya prop use karte huye yoga karne me... Waise it was very much amazing thai.. I was able to do all the poses without prop too.. Except 1 assana...

    It was fun!! I enjoyed the natarajasana which is difficult for me to hold but with the props it was a bit easier.... I fully enjoyed the whole session. 😄 thank you so much for the practice 🙏

    Really good practice.. the trainer seems to be quite knowledgeable about common mistakes etc. Will be great if the benefits of each asanas can also be explained while doing it

    Today I set my intention to being grateful and throughout the whole practice, I noticed how this kept coming up, even with the most subtle movements, or simply for allowing myself to move with a slow flow and grace. You make it so much easier also with your guidance of breathing. I am grateful that we have you in this world and your amazing videos. 🙏☺

    My 5 days was an amazing experience. I feel like there is lot more to open in human body, My mind and body feels like flexible. Yoga makes to think synced with universe and make aware that we are not alone. Thank you for the amazing work with the detailed instructions.

    I tried Prop yoga today and it's very amazing and painful also. Through prop yoga all the alignment of body got stretched and it's very helpful for other yoga poses.

    Mam thank you so much for lovely practice and we can note changes in our physics but it's humble request to you do more effective yoga for PCOS because am suffering from 2 years so pls let us know to cure our Pcod and PCOS as well

    I'm feeling so much greatful for Today practice ❤️ I used prob first time asanas was easy but one thing with prob I'm not able to balance asanas but I know it's first time so gradually I'll good. ❤️

      Yes Pooja , props help us going deeper in our practice and make normal postures intense... Sure will come up with more prop yoga ... Meanwhile you can practice Yin Yoga tutorial too.. it's the restorative version of prop yoga ... It's a part of 7 day series..

    I have enjoyed all the 5 days especially vinayasah flow and todays prop yoga but i was not ables to do paduthasana and dancers pose... Guide for this.
