    Floor Barre is my new fave.... for someone like me who likes short and sweet (exercise ADD) .. I actually would like a longer class.

    Can you do a full hour floor barre workout? I'm recovering from my broken foot and also would like to strengthen up to come back to ballet after a long absence...

      Currently our longest are 30 min but you can do two back to back! Will definitely take your feedback for a longer class as well! thank you for watching!!

    I am a dancer and I am always looking for more difficult strengthening exercises. If you have a video/ know of one for me that would be great! I loved this video, by the way.

    I haven’t worked out in ages and have always been overweight but I gained more weight.
    Anyways
    I didn’t realize how tight my whole body is until now 😭

    I love floor barre! She is a good instructor but this is a little too easy for me.

    good workout, and very strong instructor. but you shouldn't bounce your leg to passe, if u do ballet you will know about trailing up the stnading leg, so the knee should be drawing out and continually turning out as it goes up. and the second position arms were a little too far back. squeeze is not the proper verbal cue either

    Ariel is awesome but Horrible music for a mind body class!! I doubt it was on while she was taping. someone dubbed it in after without a clue..
