I've been doing this routine just 10 mins a day for the last two weeks. I consider myself lazy when it comes to exercise. In the two weeks I feel half my age, my back doesn't ache anymore, less knots in my back and I no longer get headaches, plus toned my body, firmer arms where they used to be flabby, and more toned tummy. I've been raving about rebounding to everyone.

    I love this routine!!!!
I lost 115 lb almost half my body weight and have kept it off for 10 years and I jump on my mini-trampoline every single night while watching TV and I have to say it has toned my body beautifully. And while I am watching TV it's fun it keeps me off the couch it keeps me out of the refrigerator and I am 68 and I feel 40! And I feel it's a gentle way to do high impact exercise I love love love it and it's a stress reducer too as soon as I put my foot onto my trampoline I feel the stress wash away.❤🤗🤸‍♀️

You need to try putting a drop of organic castor oil in your belly button every night before bed. Give it a day or so and you’ll have a regular soft bowel movement. I know that sounds really odd but believe me it really works. You’ve gotta try it.

I’m glad everyone is sticking to this….i bought an urban rebounder about 15years ago…so i have been doing this on & off for awhile. I now have a 40” bellicon because it is definitely easier on my joints. So i suggest to anyone doing this, if you can afford it, get one with bungees. I bought my daughter in law one from amazon (leaps & bounds). I sprained my knee 1 1/2 years ago. It is still sore. I am also 60 years old with arthritis in both knees & one shoulder. My routine after work consists of me walking 2 laps in the park. I then ride my peloton 15-25 min….and then i do this routine on my bellicon. I feel great! I’m still flexible & i can do splits! When i first found out about my arthritis, i was sad because i love walking…..my doctor told me to keep on moving! Baby steps always lead to more accomplishments! You’ve got this! Good luck!

I worked out hard my entire pregnancy and then my delivery brought 3rd degree tearing 😫 so I choose rebounding to ease back into my cardio. Love the workout and especially that you don't stand there talking for several minutes before you start exercising. It's also an efficient way to educate because every time we do the workout, we hear the repetition of all that important information. Video editing can really suck you in for hours at a time, and this is a great short workout that I actually look forward to and will afford the time to do to break up my work day, which can go from 8-16 hours! I've only been doing it for the past 3 days but I already feel stronger, less pain, and more mental clarity. Thanks so much, Lo!

Lauren, thank you so much. I have been sitting here for nearly an hour reviewing rebounding, and after 4 other videos, YOURS is the only one that actually has a demonstration showing how and what to do on it, especially for a 60 year advocate of health and strength building in the core area. Others were too advanced for a novice or the presenter talked and talked and talked about the benefits of the rebounders use but never showed me anything. Again, thanks and this is a great beginner for someone that has been so uncoordinated all of her life (me).

I absolutely love this workout and have been doing it for years--but starting August 1,2020, in the middle of the workout an ad pops up which requires you to stop and turn it off! Another ad now pops up during the cool down as well. I understand from my research that this is a choice made by Lauren Roxburgh(the owner of the video). So now, not only are there ads at the beginning of the video, which is fine , but every five minutes during this short workout. The point of posting a workout video is to actually do the workout not spend time trying to skip ads.
