    Excellent video, it helps to get a good idea on semi color hair gloss.
    I used it after I saw your video, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
    Thank you for sharing.
    I love the DpHUE and I’m tossing my permanent hair color as DPHUE has made my hair slowly healthier again. I leave it on about 45 min to an hour. My scalp feels amazing due to no harsh chemicals.

    So excited to find you and loved this video! I definitely have to try the product you show here. Wow...just what I need! I heard you talk about hair vitamins, and scanned thru your many videos to find, but couldn't. If you do have video on that would you kindly attach link? Much Thanks!! And I subscribed and gave a thumbs up, as I do impulsively to every single video I watch as I think that's a small thing to do for the effort of the video maker. Wish everyone cared for others as much.

      You are so sweet. Thank you. I haven’t done my hair health video. Every time I start, something goes awry. I am just arriving back home today and hope to be back on my schedule again. @adriannyc1  Рік тому

      Hi!!!! No, you don’t have to apply every time. The color will soften over each wash. I highly recommend trying their (DpHue) ACV hair wash. It will help cleanse without stripping.

    Wow I just found this---thank you so much!! I'm deciding on colours---have you tried the "cool medium brown"? Would you know what the difference is compared to the "medium brown"? Have you tried the light brown? I have lots of grey especially around my temples but I don't want to permanent-dye anymore and completely let it go grey since the pandemic---but I'm not really happy with it lol, so I want to try a colour-depositing product and found you!!

    • @adriannyc1
      @adriannyc1  2 місяці тому

      Hi! So happy you found it helpful. My base color is very dark brown and my hair in the sun would naturally turn a little reddish, so I haven’t tried the cool or light brown. What’s nice is you can try one and try a different one later. I read that to make it last even longer, apply it, let it sit under a warm drier, that will make the color deposit last longer. I actually stopped using and add only some highlights to my hair to help blend my grays cool tone, and I stopped dying my base color completely - nearly 4 years already 😮 gray hair journey is hard but for me the health of my hair is most important and I’ve enjoyed discovering my gray pattern😉 hope the product works out for you

      @@adriannyc1 thank you so much for your reply!! So does that mean you are transitioning to grey? When you say you just highlight to blend?

    • @adriannyc1
      @adriannyc1  2 місяці тому

      @@patricias8779 yes, my gray in the video was very subtle and not full length because before covid, I was dying my base color and also highlighted. The dphue product helped me for 3 years while my hair kept growing so that I finally had longer pieces of gray. So now I do a few partial highlights just to add warmth to my hair and it also helps blend some of the gray. I’ll try to mention it in an upcoming video more.

    • @adriannyc1
      @adriannyc1  2 роки тому +4

      Hi there. So it depends. I find that it’s full coverage for a 3 washes, then it’s a gradual fading. All in, because I only wash my hair twice a week, I can get 5-6 weeks. It also depends on what shampoos I’m using. If I use clarifying shampoos, they tend to strip the color faster, if I use my apple cider vinegar, I can push it longer. Also i have a mix of gray and silver in my hair. I find the gray gets covered longer while the silver seems to be more color resistant and peaks through… kind of like a highlight. Sorry… a lot of info, I know. Hope it helped a bit☺️

    What does the apple cider vinegar do? Do you rinse right after with the vinegar? Thank you

    • @adriannyc1
      @adriannyc1  2 роки тому +1

      Apple cider vinegar clarifies without being too stripping. There are lots of DIY recipes for ACV rinses but I like the already made one by this same brand DP Hue, it has a blend of other things besides ACV that help soothe my scalp… like Aloe and Lavender. After using and leaving on a few minutes, you just rinse with water.

    Dark brown or medium brown 🤔

    • @adriannyc1
      @adriannyc1  2 роки тому +1

      I’ve used both and like both. I’ve even combined where I apply the dark drown to my roots and medium brown to the rest of my hair. I think if you like a softer look medium or if you’ve had highlights in the past and want to see them peek through. Dark brown is very rich and on me, a near identical match to my base color… but my natural hair is very dark. Hope that helps a bit.

    P.S. Washing hair only once a week is even better than 2x a week!

    • @adriannyc1
      @adriannyc1  2 роки тому +2

      Thanks. I haven’t started affiliated links because this is a hobby (I make $0 on my videos) and before I make money, just want to know it’s what I want… I know that may sound silly but I only ever want to share because I love something, not because I get something back. I find that even with my fav YTers sometimes very lucrative affiliate links get pushed so much, and it makes me change my mind about their reviews a bit.
      But you are right about it being easier for folks when links exist…
      And you are even more right about once a week wash! I can do that but only in the winter ❄️😉

      I appreciate that perspective and whilst those numbers are better than how it feels, Having lost 2 people to COVID and having my father still not yet fully recovered after a very scary several week stay at the hospital, has just touched me too much. Something like breast cancer, awful in numbers, has never touched anyone in my life. (Knock on wood) so I suppose it is all about each person’s point of reference. That being said, I am all about science and rules, so I will stay informed and do appreciate your post💕
