If the gray comes back, save a little color in your bottle and take a q tip and cover your edges
I’m 66 years of age and I have been using this hair dye for gray hair , for over a year my hair is gray all over I really like this product , it covers all my gray hair all of it 😊
Thanks for sharing!! I loveeeee it
Your hair looks REALLY good! All the gray is GONE! YAY! 👏👏❤👍🤟
Love the energy!! I’m totally going to try this!
I tried the 1A Midnight Black. I love it! Great coverage and easy to use.
I love your birthmark-I actually thought it was a highlight! This has been on my list to get! Thanks for the review
Thank you ❤so much! Grabbed me two bottles Earlier at Sally’s and heard great things about this product! Love your healthy curls & color 💯🙌🏽
Thank you so much for this video!!! OMG..I just bought the same color and wondered if it would cover my gray and how would it look and your hair looks FANTASTIC!!
Have not tried BUT because of your idea and video I will be tryning today.
Thanks for sharing your steps and ALL details😊
I bought the same color. Can’t wait to rinse my hair with it!!
I love it as well. I also have a streak in the front of my hair so I know what you’re dealing with. But the older I get I love it
I'm so happy for you, and definitely will try as well.👍
I only use this. It definitely covered all of my grays. Love it
First of all thank you for posting the video, I follow deeper than hair as well and it's so good to see someone try the recommendations that isn't already a pro. Second of all, you're beautiful, have gorgeous hair, funny and kept it REAL. I appreciate you not having the brush because most of us will use the rinse the same way, with our hands; and your plastic bag obviously did the trick. I'm trying this tomorrow. 😉
Thanks so much for watching and your kind words. I really appreciate it. Let me know how it works for you because Im hooked!
I heard even if you don’t have greys, this is the go to brand because it takes better than the regular beautiful collection. Love it!
First of all, I absolutely love your birthmark. How beautiful is that! Thanks for a great video. I'll try this color.
Aww thanks so much. Imagine being a child with this color and being teased. Funny how times evolve
Love it and I’m about to color mine now 1A to cover up these grays love love love your hair texture too ❤
Thank you for this video! I bought this a few days ago to cover up my grays and haven't been in a rush to use - thinking I would be let down. I'm about to go cover these bad boys, right now! :)
Hey girl hey. Thanks for watching. Come back and let me know how it worked for you
Ohhh I LIKE the grey! You could bleach some big steel grey streaks and rock some gorgeous distinctive hair!
I think your birthmark streak is soooo cool. I love it. 🥰 And I’m glad you did this video because I just purchased that same color.
Thanks so much. Make sure you let me know how it worked for you. I appreciate you watching.
@@CurlyQuante It is very nice, Very cool
Wow, I have that exact birthmark. Gold in color. Never thought I would ever see someone like me. Normally it's grey, but hey twin..lol
Heyyyy twinnn
So did I
That birthmark is everything!
Thank youuuuu
Thanks so much. This was soooo helpful. I’ve used this before but it’s been a few yrs & I have more grey now. So I needed instructions which you provided. Your hair is gorgeous. Thanks for the step by step & conditioning afterwards is especially helpful.
you’re welcome. thanks for watching. did you thumbs up the video
Had salon apply the 6N color to my 4C natural. My original color is exactly like yours.
I got beautiful results. Stylist rinsed and towel dried my hair, oiled my perimeter, applied color by parting in sections from back to front, did that twice, put on a cap, let me sit for 10 minutes, put me under dryer for 30 minutes, rinsed me, washed my hair, put in leave in conditioner, gave me a silk press.
I know she didn't follow package directions, but the end result is excellent. No gray. A soft brown color overall, like wig shade 4, which is my preferred color. My big gray areas look like brownish red highlights.
I'm older, been grey for a decade. I feel more lively!
Love this product!
Your hair texture is absolutely gorgeous, curls popping sis, I can’t wait to try this product on my stubborn greys. Thanks for sharing your experience and time with us 💕
Thanks so much ❤️
Thank you so much for this review I've been searching like crazy for a color that will actuallyyyy cover grays! Your hair is gorgeouss 😍 hope everyone who sees this had a happy thanksgiving!! Hope you stay blessed with nothing but happiness and success 🙌
Thanks for watching!!! I hope it helps and let me know what you think. I have recently adjusted and started using darkest brown as the color shade
Please your video is very nice if it works. How many minutes will it stay before washing it off. Again how long does it last before another application. Thanks and God bless you.
❤ LOVED THIS PRODUCT COVERS GRAY "IT'S AWESOME!! ❤
Thanks for watching
I'm going to try this! Thanks for the demonstration.
You’re welcome
I just used it today and it colored my stubborn gray around edges hair completely. I used 2A Rich Dark Brown my new go too!
YES!! I had my date with Ms. Clairol this Saturday and washed them grays away.👍🏾👍🏾
Yasssssss. Glad it worked for you. Hit that subscribe button for me lol
Your hair looks great! I will definitely try this product.

Thank you ❤️
Ha! I just stumbled on your vid as I sit here waiting my clairol 2n to process! LOL. I can't wait to rinse. You've got tr me all excited. This is my first time trying the clairol and like you I got the idea from deeper than hair tv
Hey now say now!!! I hope you got great results
@@CurlyQuante I did and I love it!!!🥰 Really natural looking.
Gorgeous!!
I’m about to use the bottle I bought last night from the BSS because even permanent dye only half works. My hairline is frosted and I don’t wear my hair out because I feel it ages me. TFS
Love your vibe sis!
Come on join the crew girllll. Thank you
I have the same birthmark and i’ve been looking for a color that ACTUALLY works. definitely buying this tomorrow
Thank you for sharing this. Was looking everywhere to buy in UK London. Finally found it at a place called Vitchair in the UK which sells the clairol beautiful collections range for the UK sisters x 🇬🇧Hope this helps as the product is wonderful

Good evening I'm getting ready to apply right now!

You’re welcome 💕
Yes I do use that exact color and product and I’m very very pleased with it. I’m curious as to how you use the Adore clear?
The exact same way. Clear is just for shine

@@CurlyQuante 1:29 Hi

Hope you like it!
This isn’t first time watching this video and I love it!!!
Ohhhh welcome back thennnn. I appreciate you
I have used this color before. It doesn’t last long. I loved the color.
The fact that Deeper Than Hair said you can reapply with ZERO damage is Still a WIN for me!
You have a nice grade of hair. I'm headed to the beauty supply now to try it on my Grey's. Thanks
Thank you! Let me know how it works for u
@@CurlyQuante will do💕
I use The Beautiful Grays in this line religiously & I 💕 Love it🙌🏾🔥🙌🏾❣️lasts me several weeks before my stubborn hairline grays start peeking through, but also leaves me with semipermanent gray light’s around my face that retain the color longer.
That is amazing it last so long for you. As soon as I start applying an oil or grease especially around my edges ...the color just seems to slide right on off.
@@demi5378 maybe it could have something to do with me processing the color using a heat cap or a hooded dryer for more semi permanent results🙂.
@Abriyah Yasha-rahla Hello, I have done the same with the heat but about the same results. Could be a number of other reason but glad it works well for you. At this point, in my truly natural hair journey, I have finally come to accept my silvers & my hair is thriving. I take good care of my scalp & strands so I am 👍. Continued success. + my silvers are sensitive so its best I let them be. Can still be cute. 😊
@@demi5378 Absolutely silver hairs when well cared for can be very beautiful🤩, & I bet you wear it well ❣️
This video was everything I needed to get my tale to beauty supply stow!!!! It turned out great...I’ll be back to let you k on how mine does! Gray where...
Girl this grey was running me out the city. I cant do it no mo! Let me know
It didn't take for my client she has to use perminant
@@hair2loveme191 omg she must have a lot?
@@tanit7741 alot of grey or alot of hair?
@@hair2loveme191 hair minimal grey just don’t wanna see no greys at all
Looks very nice
I know this is an old video. Have been searching for a product that will not damage my hair. This actually came out great. Thank you
@@lauraD19541 you’re welcome! a win is a win
I have used this product as well. It does color well.
Yes it took, I knew that it would, because this the same rinse I use. My problem area is around the front edges. Thanks for the share.
Thats my problem area too. Glad it worked for you 💕
When I tell you I tried everything before someone told me about the rinse. So I was grateful.
I have used these for years and have not been disappointed yet. Always smells Amazing and covers really well.
How long does it last to cover the greys?
@@beautifulwonderful4391 I have had it last several weeks 3-6. It really probably depends upon your own type of hair.
Mine is really fine so it takes color and holds it for a long time.
I hope this helps.
I purchased this yesterday 🙌🏾 I'm about to cover these grays! Thanks for this video and for adding the steps! Wash, color and deep condition!
In that order!! Thanks for watching
Love it the color looks good. Question- did you rinse out your deep condition or did you use an leave-in deep condition? Thanks
Apply and rinse out deep conditioner after
Didn’t know you wash your hair first. Thought you dyed it. Thanks Sis 😊
@donnawilliams2062 its not dye for dye you do wash first. This is a rinse, it will rinse out after shampooing.
just ordered this from Sally’s. Thanks for sharing, the difference is pretty dramatic. Let’s see what it does for me
Your welcome. Let me know how it tuens out for you
You are the only one I've watched that mentioned conditioner. Even on the bottle. Thank you so much! This is my first time and I was getting nervous.
Let me know how it turned out
Great! Not a gray in sight.
@@Sugabug75 yayyyyyyy
What does a clear rinse do when it comes to changing the color of your hair?
I love it. It took very well to my hair.
Glad to hear!!
Omg your birth mark is fire! I love it. I went to school with a guy and his birth mark was a patch of grey hair right in the front of his head and I loved it.
Thank you
I grew up with a dude who had it, along with his female cousin and their aunt; I thought it was so cool and unique!
I used it today and my hair came out beautiful. My first time buying this brand. I love your birthmark.
So glad it worked for you. Thanks so much for watching
I'm a erred stylist and today I'm using this for the first time on a friend. Thanks for sharing the application process. I'll let you now later how it looks on her.
Thanks for watching
I love the density of your hair
Thank you 💕
Oh hello, I've been wanting to try this one and I think that I'm finally going to, however, I do love the semi permanent rinses cause they're not too harsh on the hair, but rinses are messy, to me they're messier to apply than the permanent hair colors. So I'm just gonna have the hairdresser apply it for me, she said she does that for some people for $30, it's worth it since my hair is longer now.
I have a birth mark too! It’s all the way to my waste now. I dyed it purple but my manager had a fit! So I used this product and it worked great!
I just used the darkest brown for the 1st time & I felt like I was “inked” by an 🐙. 🤣 It really did work for me too! I’m expecting my pillowcase to be coated in it though. Oh well, I’m just so tired of frying my hair w/ permanent hair color. I usually use the foaming kind by John Frieda? The foaming crap has changed my hair texture.
Thank you for this video. Your hair is beautiful. I sure hope it works on my hair I have several grays smh I currently use Dark and Lovely and I can start to see the grays coming back in one week after using it 🤦🏽♀️
I’m biracial and my hair is naturally dark brown slightly auburn color. Hope I can find a color close to that. Great video!!
Thank you and your welcome. They have various shades of brown. I would choose something darker than ur hair so it can still cover as it fades.
@@CurlyQuante Will do! Thank you for your advice!
Babyyyy when I say it works,it worksssssss!💫atp...I won't even try any other rinse,Thanks sis for puttin us on!🥰
Ayeeeeee tell the people in the back you’re grey free and cuteeeeee
I’m going to try this one
I am glad to see this video. It seems to be a lot better than Via rinse.
Hi saw using the beautiful browns for Grey works with no cap because it uses oxygen from the air and regular brown use a cap? I'm gonna try this one because my edges refuse to take.
Iam going to try that. 😊
beautiful..
Birthmark is the bomb its Beautiful. My friend has the same
Thank you ❤️
You have ALOT of hair. And you TAKE CONTROL of it Very well. My hair is a little shorter than your's but same thickness and it is SOOOOO disrespectful and unmanageable. I cannot grip it like you can. Arms and shoulders just be worn out!!! And yours looks so healthy. Good job Sis!
Thank you! My hair is a chameleon. It looks very thick but its actually fine strands which makes it easier to manage. When I first started doing my natural hair I would take breaks but now its like second nature.
I have SUPER coarse and VERY dry hair that is now breaking around the hairline and is not reacting well to permanent color. I need an alternative solution and this might be it! I have seen this, but glad I saw your results were positive. I think I'll try a bottle and the deep conditioner. Thanks!
That deep condition is gonna be an angel in a bottle. It really penetrates the hair shaft. Sit under a steamer or dryer for 15 minutes with it on
I love Clairol Burgundy Brown
I've used the beautiful Brown collection for 10 years and I find that the formula that is for gray hair dries my hair out I just use the regular beautiful Brown collection love love the product
I haven’t experienced any drying
Dries mine out as well, you may not notice it at first though
It looks good
Thank you so much for posting!! My gray is the worst!!
Hope it works for you as it did for me
I will be sure to let you know!👍
I know it’s beautiful flat ironed.
How long do it last
Do the gray come back or what
I am here because of Deeper Than Hair TV as well! I will use the bowl and brush method to ensure I get Every Last Drop 😆!
Babyyyy them greys make you get drastic dont they lol
I like your birth mark its cute! Your hair is beautiful.
Thanks so much
I used to use it all the time and then a couple of years ago, they started changing the formula or something and it never took on my hair, so I don't use it anymore.
I’m sitting here, right now, with hair color & a bag, on my head. Wish I would’ve seen this vid first!
Thanks million
Is there alcohol in this product if so they could replace it with glycerine
I love Clairol Beautiful Collection but it runs and get messy, however the outcome is always beautiful.
I have tried it between my weaves and it is a keeper.
PERIODT
Can I get the product in Nigeria?
I’ve tried it and did it all wrong. I’m going to try it again using your method.
Neither it nor adore worked well. Adore was gone within days and Miss Clairol, lasted about 8 days. Hairline was slightly grey just after colouring.
Unfortunately this rinse did not turn out as well as yours did. When I shampooed it 2 weeks later, the color was gone.
I tried this product, it only color my hair with no gray it didn't work on my gray I let it stay for 30 minutes instead of 25 minutes it didn't cover all my gray $10 wasted
Nice job. If you would have went darker your gray birth mark would of been gone. I used this for my gray.. for years. And made mistakes with not getting my right coloring of my gray because of usage of brown on my gray that had been dyed brown and was fading like your hair. And please next time put grease around your edges to prevent dying your skin. But you seems happy and I’m happy for you. Great Job
I definitely love and use this brand. I'm like you and am not a true black but as the color wears out the espresso bean leaves my hair a yellow ish rusty color where the grays are colored. Edge control tends to pull the color off unless you have processed with heat. And I will literally let it sit in my hair for an hour for best results❤
Have you tried darker than expresso? Im thinking about it
Yes, I use a combination of the espresso bean and rich dark brown. I find the brown lays the base and then the espresso bean makes it even darker. My hair is naturally a 1b so I'm apprehensive about using anything too close to true black.
Im going to try that. Its time for me to refresh and I only have a half bottle left so its perfect timing
To make sure I’m doing this right. I should shampoo my hair first, apply rinse, let it stay on for 25 minutes, rinse with water only (do not shampoo), then deep condition my hair correct?
Correct!!! Let me know how it goes
