Stunning design. Not sure about the two grooves in the handle, but thats only a small part of the whole build. What is the boiling liquid, I've not seen that before? Thank you for sharing I look forward to the next. Regards Andy Jersey UK
Man what a good looking knife!!! So, if you don’t mind sharing would you be so kind of telling me how you got it black? I saw the process but what was the liquids the blade soaked in or boiled in?? I’ve been using ferric mixture to etch my blades but I would love to try what you did! Just looks much cleaner than with the ferric. Anyways thanks for a response if possible and awesome knife man!
@@saccoknives awesome thank you so much for the response! I am gonna try to find some of that and try it out! How long do I boil it for? Or is it just a look for my ideal darkness?
I don't see any bevel on that blade is that sharpened? I think a silver bevel will look awesome on that blade, should pop out like hell. great work!! subscribed!!

Thanks! I boiled it in a parkerizing solution. It’s a finish designed for firearms, extremely corrosion resistant

Thank you. I roll the edges on my blades so the sharpened edge may not be that visible.
So long as it's not a secret recipe, can I ask what mixture you're using to darken the steel?
James Huelseman yea absolutely. It’s a parkerizing solution
@@saccoknives Is it basically like a cold bluing that you would use on a gun barrel?
@@ChristopherSalisburySalz no its done by heating up the solution and submerging the knife for roughly 10 minutes
