Oh, YAY!!! Looks fantastic. I've been looking for months for plastic placemats that aren't a fortune! I already bought them from Amazon. Thanks for that. Great video. Never thought of using canned beet juice!!! Great idea! Beautiful papers!! Love the shimmer idea too. You are very clever. I've been watching your videos for last week only. Beautiful 🤗🤗🤗 Just finished up a batch with food dye and kool aid granules. Really like the spray bottle. Going to try the beet juice 🥰 New subscriber 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Sounds like your pup may be due for their nail trimming. I recognize that sound :) Beautiful paper and technique. I’m definitely going to try this. Thank you 😊
I've been going to dig out my old plastic tablecloth to play with this for a long time! My old placemats are not as lacy, but they are also waiting. I love the pink and I understand the draw to sparkly everything! Love how it is just enough!
Ahhh…You have the sweetest most soothing voice ever!! You should narrate sleep stories! Thank you for the video!! Beautiful papers! Can’t wait to try beet juice.
Get out of town, beet juice?, how very clever! I love the color, and the technique looks like adult play. Thanks for taking the time to share the technique and your awesome creative skills. I learn so much from each new video!
What a brilliant idea! Love the outcome! What if we put a weight... Flat board... over this... .would it help to get even more well-defined prints? Thank you
Just came across the best juice dying, I had thought of that 2 days ago. Love how they turned out. Even dipped some coffee dyed into best juice. Like the effect
Your welcome hun, they turn out so pretty, and you can do it with anything, the coffee ones turn out gorgeous too, let me know what you think if you try it!😘
Thanks hun, I hope you give it a go, thay are so fun to peel off and see what you get the next day, and you can do it with any solution or any vinyl material that has a lacy pattern! 😘💕
Hello! I was wondering how to get some different colors from natural stuffs? Like how would I go about a lovely green, blue, and purple? If I want my paper to become a very dark red, Should I soak it first in the beet juice (without metallic paint) and then try with the doilies? I know that tea and coffee impart a lovely aged-yellow color. Do you think steeped turmeric would make a brighter yellow? And could I achieve an aged-orange color with chili powder, do you think?
Goodness! It occured to me that grass stains clothing very well. A quick google search later and yes, it would make a lovely acid green dye! I will have to wait until the weather cooperates! Perhaps my future will entail pillaging my yard for natural dyes. Would love to see you try more new colors!
Hi Sophia! Yes , you can do the best juice without the metalic... I have done food coloring for deep red blues and greens, purple cabbage will give you a beautiful lavender if you boil it, and no, once the paper dried it does not smell of cabbage. Yes, turmeric will give you a vibrant yellow. 😉
Love the affect......I do the same method but with real cotton doilies and in turn they too will be coloured at the same time ..and I use food colours, coffee and teas ...tfs 👍❤️
Pretty! Thank you! was it only this juice or was there this metallic thing (glitter?) in it? Cause it has a bit of a shimmer? If there was the shimmery thing in it, would you please tell us in which rekation water, juice, metallic something you have put in?! Thanks!
Your welcome hun. I haven't tried it with real lace...but Christa said she has and it does work, and youll dye the lace too! That will be my next project😉! Tfw💕

What happens if ubput in oven at low temp..does it hurt ur mats or paper
I wouldn't put it in the oven because it can melt, I leave it to dry naturally
