Just installed my new soundstream radio and within 10 minutes I started getting the interference noise. Thought my RF DSR1 went bad. Thanks for the video… done in minutes and no more noise. You guys are awesome.

I tryed to down load the updates but is tells me to get it from a delaler. Any other options?
Trying to update my 14+ head unit and now apparently you have to take it to an authorized retailer for the update….

Just got my HDHU14 this past Saturday from you guys, first thanks for the fast shipping and installation videos, very helpful. I’ll have to see if I need to update the unit. I have a question I’m hoping you can help me out with. The unit works great through the bike’s speakers with the wireless adapter. I’m trying to figure out how to get the wireless adapter to pair with Cardo PackTalk Bold for those time I wear a Full Face. Have you guys encountered this at all?
Are they going to add navigation by hand controls to radio at some point I was kinda disappointed when I couldn't select and go through menus with the hand controls
Mine has been on for about 10 minutes. The maestro is blinking red. The screen is still off with the lights changing colors on the head unit.
R there any updates for si, volume on xm is not as loud
Is the file somewhere we can get to it? The site now says to visit your local dealer to update radio
Website no longer has this option to update yourself?
How will we know when updates come out?
Are the new radios coming with this or do we need to do all of this?
Joy, love your videos. They are a large part of the reason that I bought the HDHU 14+ . I have a HDHU 14+ on my 2014 Tri Glide. It went into a boot-loop and the soft-key lights come on, but the screen doesn't. Any thoughts?
After the update it seems that clipping appears 3 volume steps earlier. also the volume is reduced. For example before volume 30 is now volume 33. i needed to adjust my amps again.
I have fixed the Soundstream hdu14+ on my Harley Street Glad CVO 2020 but no sound coming out, I used the factory amp boom 2, Do I have to cancel the full factory system, or what to do.

So in this video you mention reaching out to a rep at Soundstream. How can we contact them, I can find no contact information for Soundstream on any search engine, do they go by a different name on the internet? I have some questions for them in reference to the HDHU14+. Thanks
when i go to the site, it asks for a local dealer to download the softwares. how do i download them personally.
I installed an HDHU.14si Headunit on my 2016 StreetGlide CVO and on the first rain it stopped working...
Bought this radio last year installed and month later has a water spot inside the screen won't go away or some kind of spot any not happy at all
It now tells you to use an Authorized Dealer for Updates. So we're not able to update?

The weirdest thing just happened to me with mine. I washed my bike this afternoon....now since washing it the headunit turns on randomly....the ignition isn't on or anything. Unable to adjust volume....nothing. It just turns on, connects to my phone and resumes playing Spotify. No idea how to deal with this.
They took firmware off of this support page. It now says see your authorized dealer!? Did they take this update ability away from us? I just bought, waiting to ship and receive, but my nearest dealer is 3.5 hours away.
Or do you have video of work stopping to update? Will mine be updated to most current out of box from you or do I need to update it!?
There is no update instructions!
I'm having issues up loading to the unit. With the new software. It brings up the bar loading and at 50% the screen goes blank . I left it alone for over an hr and nothing. Any info on that?
on the flash drive, is there two files total? This is a two-part update. Call Tech Support 800.869.4647
My screen went blank soon as I pushed the update and it never came back I turned off the radio got a loud pop and it went back to factory settings.
@@SoundstreamTVNetwork same issue here 🤔 followed your README, unit gets to 50% and goes black. icons continue to colour cycle. unit never restarts (left for mins and up to 1hour). Tried various flash drive formats (FAT32, ExFAT, NTFS doesn't read, macOS doesn't read). Turn HU off and on and it boots fine (but reset) with the MCU updated to HDHU-14-220126 but still SOC: HDHU.14-211123-14:30 ☹
