Hi there! We used apples as an example of so-called "healthy" foods that can potentially contribute to digestive issues, weight gain, and high sugar levels when eaten excessively. Our goal is to help people combat those issues using scientifically backed nutrients. That's why Bio Complete 3 is promoted by a top doctor such as Dr. Steven Gundry, and has been a favorite product of hundreds of users. Hope that helps!

@@GundryMDYT Hi Dr Gundry, seems that the fruit you considered here somehow crowded out olives😜. I'd be interested to know your thoughts on these, given the points you raised about fruits being a potential source of health problems quite apart from their sugars (when present). Whenever I buy olives (here in the UK), I check that they're not packaged in or dressed with any seed oil, and prefer to buy them in glass (versus plastic) jars so as to avoid the risk of microplastics that might have leached into the contents.😊

Same when you grow most fruits at home in good soil (organic).

Just have to spread the message, the issue is that most people don't actually care about their health, they want to eat what tastes good, 99% of people couldn't even name a single amino acid or what trans fats are. And this is not just the US, I'm from Europe and I'm pretty sure almost everyone in 1st and 2nd world countries eat trash.

I’m in New Zealand, interesting to hear about the fruits that people react to. I feel that I react to avocado, they tend to give me asthma, my allergist actually said that avocados were a fruit that many people react to. I’m curious if you found that amongst your patient population?
I love all fruit, but I have to moderate for sure.

Thank you, Dr. Gundry! It's one thing to listen to a video; however, as a visual learner it's imperative to see the connections to the words. I'm allergic to MANY foods & I'm also allergic to Salicylic Acid, which is why I peel my pears & apples because of the Salicylic Acid that's between the meat of the fruit & the skin. I then freeze the peeled / sliced fruit. I also eat Goat Milk yogurt w/ the Probiotics for my gut health. All of my food is Organic! Looking forward to these visual learning videos! 🙂

I hate to inform, but I think someone in Cental or South America has started growing grapefruit for sweetness. Yep! Got a bag from Walmart that was too sweet for my tastes. Grapefruit should be tart. Very disappointed cuz I enjoy sweetening it with my own sweetner like erythritol.
