    I tried this recipe using 2tbsp coco flour, 2tbsp psyllium husk. Poured 1 cup hot water until i achieve that jelly like texture. I steamed mine for 2minutes. It's chewy and stretchy just like the real glutinous rice.

    Wonderful! I’ll certainly try this! I wonder, though if we add mozzarella cheese if it will hold the shape better and if it will keep the taste and texture. Mozzarella has a pretty mild taste! 🤔

    Gusto ko ito kaso ang taas ng net carbs per piece. Hindi masyadong keto friendly 16g of carbs na kagad haha. Nabawas mo na ba yung sugar alcohol?
