20-Minute Salmon Dinner (Minimal Cooking) ~ Easy Meal Prep for a Balanced Lifestyle

  • In this video, I will be sharing how I put together a healthy and balanced salmon dinner in 20 minutes using the air fryer for my salmon and the microwave for the carbs and veggies for easy cooking methods.
    Step-by-step instructions:
    1. Microwave Via Emilia Frozen Riced Cauliflower for 8 minutes
    2. Air fry Trident Alaska Salmon Burgers at 400F for 12 minutes (flip halfway through)
    3. Microwave Trader Joe's Frozen Brown Rice for 3 minutes
    4. Microwave Imperial Gardens Organic Frozen Edamame for 3 minutes
    5. Mix together cooked cauliflower rice and cooked brown rice in a bowl with 2 tbsp of butter/margarine and salt to taste
    6. Serve cooked salmon burger topped with Flavorgod Everything Seasoning
    7. Serve cauliflower and brown rice mixture with Trader Joe's Furikake Seasoning
