    Hi Margaret. I love your channel and have been learning lots from your videos. I teach chair yoga to seniors in Australia. I'm wondering if you have any tips or alternatives for the seated figure 4 stretch (angle to knee) and quad stretch for those who are less flexible. Thank you! Dani

    Thank you for your videos. I've been trying some of the exercises. I was recently diagnosed with Osteopenia. This led me to watch a Review you did on the Marodyne LiV.     Is this safe for osteoporosis and compression fractures?

      Yes. As long as you 1./ get the clearance from your surgeon or physician that you are safe to exercise, and 2./ you follow the form as I present it!
