    • @MelissaVanDijkTheSkinDiet
      @MelissaVanDijkTheSkinDiet  Рік тому +1

      Hello!
      Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser is generally recommended for those with dry to normal skin. Since you have oily skin, I suggest trying the Daily Facial Cleanser instead. Additionally, you may want to consider adding another cleanser to your routine, such as the La Roche Posay Micropeeling Gel Cleanser or The Inkey List SA Cleanser. These cleansers contain Salicylic Acid and can help with your sand pimples.
      It's also a good idea to add a lightweight, gel-based moisturizer to your routine. During the day, if you'll be exposed to the sun, be sure to use sunscreen as well. Look for products that are specifically designed for oily skin. For example, you could try a fluid sunscreen like NIOD Survival 30 and a moisturizer such as Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel or G&G Hydration Station.

      Avoid the sun as much as possible and wear protective clothing. When you have to be in the sun and cannot protect your skin in other ways, use a very high SPF and PA++ broad-spectrum sunscreen. This will help your skin gradually fade over time.

      @@salonigoyal6185 I think it might not help, as the tan is already present. However, you probably have the best chances of success with an exfoliant like glycolic acid, or perhaps a set that includes such products like this: ua-cam.com/video/LMmD6rEanGU/v-deo.html

      @@oliveraoliveraaa2113 What else has changed during that time? More stress, lack of sleep, or even changes in your diet? These factors can also potentially cause breakouts.

      Do you know your skin type? If so, you should choose based on that.
