Personally I am all for AMD however this Intel build is well done. I would argue that it does have some value over the AMD in the sense that it's running the latest gen Intel socket meaning it should technically be more future proof and capable of upgrading to newer hopefully bug free 14th gen I7's. While at the same time I do realize the AM4 will always have that 57/5800X3D upgrade path. All in all, very nice Intel recommendation. I think AMD would gain a lot of market share if it could compete with Nvidia in productivity. A 3060 is 3x faster in blender than something like a 6650xt just because of CUDA cores. Nvidia still has the best value for a lot of people because of that performance.

I give myself a challenge build a pc only using used parts, what do you think about this build : i7-10700K, Msi maf tomahawke, gtx 1660 super, 4x8 GB PNY ram, the rest will be budget case and new psu. I have to spennt less than 600$, is it good ?
12100F and 2060 Super would also do great unless you're okay with AMD parts, then go for a Ryzen 5 3600 - Ryzen 5 5500 and a RX 5600 - RX 5700 XT. But you're combo is really good too, W build regardless.
also 32 GB of RAM in total is a great option, but you could settle for just 16 and spend the money on aesthetics, better GPU/CPU, or a bigger SSD. But if you specifically need more RAM nothing wrong with that, it's just that most gamers wont need a lot of it.
So people are saying amd gives better performance than nvidia, but nvidia's frame gen must boost the fps right? why don't people take that into account?

You nailed that build bud. Massive W.
@@ShoeBaby_Thanks, I was afraid the pc parts would be unbalanced
@@ShoeBaby_I put all of the parts into pc part picker and it said the cpu and motherboard weren’t compatible but from my research the motherboard is Am4
@@Anonymous-13555if its a b550 mother board it should be compatible, idk try a different one maybe and see what pcpartpicker says?
You should definitely try the Arc A580, $160 for almost RX 6600 performance.
ur website really helped me get my first PC I got some pieces from the cheapest pure performance PC than got I few better parts and now I have a really good itx PC with a 3060 ti and Ryzen 5 5600x
I have the i5 13600kf, i have it since it came out and back then it was basically one of the best if not the best mid-range CPU. I also do some productivity tasks, so that's why this CPU was my go to.
Quick question when it’s Black Friday how do I know what parts go to what without paying
what’s the best pc for a starter
can you make a budget home server plssssssssssssssssss
Many architecture, photogrametry, etc are CUDA dependent. And Intel i7 have really good rep for porduction.
Video idea: budget futureproof build
What do you prefer for a gamer and youtuber,
ryzen 5 7600x 5.3 ghz
32 gigs of ddr5 ram 6000mhz
rtx 4060 ti 8gb
or
i5 13400f 2.5 ghz
rtx 4070
16 gigs of ddr5 ram 5600mhz
I am looking at both of these since i sold my pc to my friend
I'd say go with 5 7600x and the 4070, or wait for 50 series cards to release
@@thebeanbag8407ok,ima go for the 5080,i saw the specs on 5070 and i wasnt satisfied. One more question should i pair it with a 9000 series amd cpu, since those are coming out soon?
@@AZNNYZ i dont really know how powerful the 9000 series will be. if you want to mainly play video games go for 7 7800x3d or wait until a stronger 9000 series cpu will release
And now we need an performance build with Intel arc or maybe just an aesthetic build with arc
2x6+2 to 12+4 Pin adaptor VS Direct 12VHPWR (12+4 Pin), which one is better? Are there any difference with the recent melting cable?
5:29 is this case mid tower?
get literally any teamgroup m.2 for the same price with almost double the transfer and write speeds people
Those guns are blazing Zack 💪
Working on them!
Thank you for your service never knew you served
For my gaming pc, should I get the rx 7700xt or rtx 3080 in 1080p? Please make a video comparing them.
I think neither of them are for 1080p but rather 1440p
Zach would probably be like: if you want to max fps/$ then AMD, and if you want ray tracing and streamer stuff go with Nvidia
(I hope I did it right lol)
if you are able to afford a 3080, just get a cheaper card and 1440p monitor
if they are the same price , get the 3080 , as it competes more with the 7800xt
@@chenowethfamily6529 Not true, the 7800 xt is slower than the 3080 ti in most games, so saying its about the 3090 is a bit of a stretch. But the 3080 is still faster than the 7700 xt, so he should go for that if they are the same price.
I love your recommendations! as a 41 year old I.T. and gaming PC hobbyist, you are always spot on perfection.
I don't find that much cheap GTX options in Shopee and Lazada.
I would like to thank you Zach!
I'd have done 12400f (110 USD), B760M Pg riptide (130 usd), teamgroup t-create classic m-die 32 gb (80 usd) for total 320 usd vs 310 usd of 13400f + ddr4 combo. Overclock that 12400F to 5 ghz and you are set.
Good build recommendations, thanks! I will use a few of the recommendations. However, the suggested MOBO... im not so sure, man. The f.e Gigabyte B760 DS3H AX will support DDR5 at the same price range
Hey zachs how to bild a 2000 dollar pure performance gaming pc
Could you do a £700 sleeper build
that is what i wanted but i wasnt sure spending more was worth it ended up getting both an amd cpu and gpu its fine but i would prefered nvidia and intel
Hey Zach I was playing fortnite and suddenly my pc was getting very loud, my monitor whent black and my pc turned off. I turned it back on and went to task manager and my cpu was 100%.
Can you tell me what can be the problem. Also great video.
The people who said f1 wasn't sim racing 💀
Me with 205 dollars in the back broke and cant afford a pc.
Do you make pcs build for Eu? Would the warranty still be valid?
At this point we need better prices for performance or more optimization in the software industry for better efficiency.
I think amd have that they just need to develop theur software to keep up with invidia raytracing
Zach, in the newr future hopefully under a month from now could you consider building a pc revolving around the r5 7600, rx7600 and 32 gigs of corsair ddr5, since that's what im planning on using for my pc which ill build next month
Hi
I'm planning to buy a gaming laptop but I don't have much knowledge about the specifications. It should be able to play any high-demand games smoothly at 2K resolution with a good FPS rate. I believe I need at least 12-16GB of VRAM. Could you please recommend the specifications I should look for and suggest some good laptop models that would meet these requirements?Thank you!
Do I need to buy a new CPU cooler or my old (and I mean old, 11y ago purchased) cooler master would do? Its cooling, it works, its not loud. Is there any reason to upgrade?
whats a good substitution for the deepcool ag400? the ban is starting to show affect
would a ryzen 5 7600 with 7600xt would be good build ?? just wanna know
I think AMD would gain a lot of market share if it could compete with Nvidia in productivity. A 3060 is 3x faster in blender than something like a 6650xt just because of CUDA cores. Nvidia still has the best value for a lot of people because of that performance.
true. but i think there are a lot more gamers than people doing productivity. i also think if amd can come out with a 4090 destroyer for the same price, people will finally start moving over.
Pls reply zach. I want 12 gb vram cuz i use unreal. So is the 3060 12gb future proof. Maybe 4 yrs. I am also ok with amd so is there any good 12 gb vram amd gpu for less than 300 or 350 dollars used
Hey Zach are you ever going to upgrade the pcs on your website like the ice lance or not and if you are what would be upgraded and how much would the price skyrocket
My question is: msi mag a550bn 550watt psu bad for a 600$ build (600$ depending on location). I build almost the same build as you did in the 400$ bo aesthetics build. My brother keeps telling me the psu is trash and will make my pc on fire. Is it true? Should i buy a different one?
@@ShoeBaby_ okay thx
So people are saying amd gives better performance than nvidia, but nvidia's frame gen must boost the fps right? why don't people take that into account?
Adds input delay, not by a lot but still. And in competitive games where u need high frames, using frame gen isn’t the smartest thing to do
Hey Zach! Just wanted to ask for some good pc specs for both gaming and coding my maximum budget cost around 1400-1200. I'm still a rookie when it comes to parts and components, any suggestions? Thanks 🫶
Hello zech what combo should i buy r5 5500 with a rx 6600 or a r5 5600 with a gtx 1650?
