I'm a 5'5" Korean-American guy that is 35 years old that has an average body build. I quit the dating scene 6 years ago because I hated how I always got rejected or being seen as creepy. When I'm not working as a security guard, I'm either learning Spanish, playing my Steam Deck, or studying for my A&P license so I can be an aircraft mechanic.

Let's be real about a couple things... There was a lot of advice in this video that's good advice for getting a date and having something short-term, but don't try to be someone you're not just to get a girl to start dating you. You won't be able to maintain it 3 or more years into the relationship. you're doing false advertising. If you don't like going out a lot and doing social things and are naturally an introvert, don't act like an extroverted social person. If you aren't personally into traveling, food, or fitness, don't act like you are. Be yourself, otherwise you will both be miserable and breakup after awhile.
Some of the best overall advice in this video that all guys should follow: Be clean, groom yourself, try to stay in shape, have a positive attitude, and get a job. If you happen to be funny, that's also an advantage, but if you aren't, don't try to be. Maybe you're good at business or sports or something else instead.

Asian women hate short Asian men, I noticed that when I was dating a Chinese American woman. She confessed to me she found dating a short Asian man like dating a little brother, she was embarrassed and felt like her friends looked down her. When she upgraded to me, she was relieved.

It's OK to date outside of your race and especially being short. As long as you don't travel to another country like Columbia like Tou Ger Xiong, a Hmong comedian and activist who was set up, kidnapped, and murdered by his own so-called girlfriend, who is taller than him. Sad and tragic news! Just be safe and be smarter.
I agree with the dating outside your race. Growing up not many Asian girls liked me, so I ended up dating Hispanic and white girls all through high school and college. My first Asian girlfriend was when I turned 25.
Get ripped, obviously strong, obviously lean & women naturally want to talk to you. Resembling a gymnast is +3 on the attractiveness scale. It's insane how much it helps.
It takes consistent effort & time to get ripped, but it's very possible for asians, because we have those strength genes, as we dominate weight lifting & gymnastics.
How about Asian moms out there teaching them gradually at a young age to talk to girls. Also teach them how to be clean, exercise and dress well. Please give them tons of good nutrition and vitamins so they can grow taller. I did this to my oldest son and he has no trouble getting a girlfriend.
Teach them to take one step at a time to reach confidence at a young age. Ask them to read to improve their intellectual.

@@user-np1st3ed2k in Asian family (even in US), moms do most of the teaching and grooming. Fathers mostly busy making a living although mothers have to work too. Father’s impact will be more significant when sons are in their teenage years. Mother’s role impact more when they are before teenage years. That’s my experience. May not be the same for everyone.

Some of us just like short Asian guys, even the slightly chubby ones... but yeah, definitely consider other races, us Indigenous girls usually like Asian guys, there's sometimes interesting parallels between our cultures.
Also ladies, if you're not sure, let me advise you, Asian men are great, high EQ to match good IQs, a lot of them know how to treat a woman right. There's no empirical proof that they average smaller than any other race in the downstairs department, but even if they do, they often make up for it by being more freaky and fun...
If there's any drawbacks, it's potential mother-in-laws that regularly call you fat, even if for your ethnicity you wouldn't be considered fat. They mean well. Once you give her a grand baby or two she'll soften up. :P

The issue with big penises is it is harder to get it hard. As I get older, I find myself more willing to trade off height and size. Height because it promotes longevity. Size because I would rather have a hard penis anyday than a soft long one.

I’m Asian 5’5 and with most shoes and boots, it does make me taller 5’6. I’ve been with 5’8-5’9 ladies. I guess I’m attractive to Caucasian women. Some have called me a beast lol.

@@chengliu872 it’s ultimately up to the individual, there are plenty of women who have been through trauma but you just never hear about it ao you assume they never had anything bad happen to them. There are also loads of messed up destructive men who can’t get over their own. Sharing the trauma seems self regulated though, it’s not “society”, it’s women who accept hearing from other women and men who don’t accept hearing from other men.

Out of all my friends, the one who got the most girls when we were younger was 5'5. He had a lot of confidence from playing hockey, and had a lot of charisma. Most short guys are being tricked by the internet, and letting it affect their confidence. I don't think short is the real problem, ugly though, thats another story...

Short Asian guy here. When I was younger, I regularly met a lot of women. Majority of them much taller than me. I definitely didn't make a lot of money and I definitely didn't work out. I was funny, social, confident, attentive, and spontaneous. I can't say I ever met a woman that wasn't good quality. I just carried myself well and was friendly with anyone I'd meet. That's all it took.
Authenticity. I know it sounds cliche, but there is real science behind this. Humans communicate in so many different ways that do not involve speaking and we don't even know that we are doing it. When we meet people, we look for these cues and codes and we don't even know we are looking for them. It could be the way you wear your hair or if your shirt is untucked or if you keep facial hair or not or even how fast you walk. It all generates a persona that humans put out to the world and we are very good at detecting whether or not someone is "real". Keeping up a lie is very difficult for humans to do and eventually your true self will show through.

I'm 5'4 Asian short guy. As short guys we gotta either make it up in the personality department (by being funny, being likeable, etc) or make it up in the finance department. I been dating white women all my life. If you have money or have a great high paying job (300k+ a year), you can get any women you want

Agreed, don't lie about height. However, boots are fine, even boots with 2" heels, like cowboy boots. Lots of people wear boots, including women, so you get a height bump without lying about it.

I'm short and I have no issues. I'm good looking though. Half of the girls that like me are taller than me anyways. And I also think that if the short girls like you....the taller girls will come around anyways.
That being said, the real issue is not height...most guys of any race of any height are just average or ugly. You don't have much leverage if you're average or ugly in the face.
If a girl brings up your stature, it's fine to address it, but a guy that goes out of his way to talk about it does make it seem like he's insecure. There's a fine line between well-timed self-deprecation and projection.
Definitely don't take pics with a substantially taller person. The visual juxtaposition will only highlight how short you are.
Being openminded to dating other races is important, sure. But at the same time, we can't control what we find attractive. Nothing wrong with having specific racial preferences.
Exaggerating your height may help get you more matches, but it will likely backfire once your date meets you in person. It's like the men who wear elevator shoes or shoes with thick soles and then end up being much shorter barefoot. The lie will eventually be unravelled if it progresses past the first date.

I'll add that boots are an easy way to gain 1"-2" without lying about your height. Plus lots of people, particularly lots of women wear boots, so you'll just come across as someone who likes boots over sneakers.
