They are cheap and readily available and much more portable then a vibration plate. Sequence and location of where we massge/vibrate is so important. People using full body vibration should also clear/massage their main lymph node clusters, at all the joints /hinges, before and after a vibration session for even more effective lymphatic fluid movement .

This is the honest to God truth, I have a bad UTI and my back pain is beyond belief. I stood on the machine for 30 minutes and every bit of the pain was gone returning the next day, back on the machine and within 20 minutes the pain was gone.
For UTI I suggest you to take natural cranberry juice with no sugar also with a juice take cranberry capsules. That day when you have UTI take the whole bottle off cranberry juice and those cranberry capsules. My sister was suffering from UTI till someone told her this trick.
I’ve had a life pro vibration plate for about six months and I am so happy that I bought it. It really has helped. Stuffing around my knees and ankles has improved.
I was hoping this would be as good as it sounds. My husband and I got one for the purpose of lymphatic drainage along with manual exercises i learned from you. We bought one and started using it as instructed. I did pushups, planks, squats, lunges, and just standing on it for 30 minutes at a time. After a week i started noticing pain in my elbows, knees, and ankles. It got worse over time as i continued using the plate. I had to stop and just do my infrared light mat. I read that fluid can accumulate in those parts of the body when doing the plate and that makes sense because that is what it looks like i have but i tell you the pain has been awful, and finally after using DMSO on them, finally the fluid is going down and most importantly the pain is subsiding. I am sticking to a rebounder from now on!
I would suggest 10 minutes at a time. 30 minutes is far too much. My machine has programs that last 10 minutes, and it's generally recommended for this length of time.

2 month ago, i bought Anyrap vibration plate, it is awesome! I use the vibration plate every day, and I absolutely love it! It’s so easy to use and fits perfectly into my daily routine. The 180 speed levels allow me to adjust the intensity, which is great for different types of workouts. I feel like it really helps with my overall wellness, and I’ve noticed improvements in my body shape and tone. Plus, it’s super effective for weight loss and lymphatic drainage. After each session, I feel energized and relaxed at the same time. This machine has definitely become one of my favorite ways to stay active! Definetely recommend this one, it is more cheaper than the AXV, lifepro but high-quality.
You're kidding, right? What reason do you think you have for women to not exercise while on their period? As far as I know, most women who exercise do it regardless of where they are in their cycle. I know I do and so do my friends. @lisac1619
@@sn4pdr4g0ns I know you’re directing this question to someone else but I also subscribe to the idea that women should rest during their cycles simply because we are losing blood and fluids and it is easier to become fatigued and dehydrated during this time as well as give our bodies a chance to properly clean itself out. Infrared saunas, on the other hand, is an excellent choice during menstruation. During FSH phase it’s a good idea to really crank up the intensity and bring it down respectively during ovulation and luteinizing phase. I have way more energy during the rest of the month if I follow this schedule.
Have a sideways comment. A Vet Tech trained horse person got a horse vibration system for her aging animals. The cat, dog, a 30 year old pony and herself all enjoy improvement so far. The pony is notably more frisky.
I know I have gallstones. Currently they are not giving me issues. I just purchased a plate. I am now concerned about using it. What. Bummer. I used it one time and loved it!
Highly recommend the rebounder... been bouncing for 45yrs! Same as my parents...best lymphatic drainage than anything. Using the vibration plate 10yrs and not seeing lymph drainage but good for kidney stones
That’s what I use too. It’s so fun, I could never forget it’s in the house. And there’s much to be said for getting your heart rate up and breaking a sweat. Starting at beginner, nothing “ airborne” of course.
Are all of the benefits from the muscle engaging in response to the vibrations or are some of the benefits purely from the vibration/movement itself, separate from the muscle?
I always get extremely itchy legs while using -my husband does not I have some cellulite which is usually issues with the lymphatic from what i have read. I know this is from the platform yet if i walk and exercise i don’t get itchy.
I just acquired a vibration plate hoping it would help with my severe head and neck lymphedema. What are your thoughts on this. I have exhausted everything known to help combat this relentless lymphedema, even Mayo Clinic said they could not offer anything more than what is already being done, so this is a last ditch effort to get some relief. Kinda feels like it will work.
Did you get lymph nodes removed? I have lymphedema in my face from an injury. Yes a injury…anyhow I know one thing that makes it worse and what makes it better and start to improve n drain and that’s controlling inflammation. Sometimes they say lymphedema is not a plumbing problem but an inflammatory condition. Reduce your inflammation is key. You need to heal your gut n fix microbiome, also stop eating inflammatory foods today. No more gluten and test for food sensitivities. Find a functional medicine doctor to help you reduce inflammation or buy Dr. GUNDRYS BOOK the plant paradox and follow it. Forget the salt idea, it does not contribute to your conditioning worsening. Moderation of Himalayan salt or Celtic salt is fine and we’ll help balance minerals. I’m studying lymphatic system and inflammation and adrenals so intensely these days. Which by the way you should check your adrenal health to to make sure it’s cortisol production is at healthy levels and that will keep balance of all other hormones and systems. If it’s not balance then you have chronic inflammation . Get checked to see if you have co infections like EBV if you do then you have chronic inflammation. If you have chronic inflammation in your body then your lymphedema will not improve. Manuel lymph massage and exercises help but won’t make significant changes until you drastically reduce inflammation in your body. Fix your gut first and most. We all have gut problems causing low grade inflammation unless we fix it. It’s from the foods we eat. Gluten and pesticide cause holes in our gut.
Also after or while your changing eating habits to lower inflammation you could incorporate bromalain enzymes, Rutin, courmin, burdock root, dandelion tea for liver cleanse all for the lymphedema. The first 2 supplements helped with breaking up of the high protein content in the congestive fluid and is also anti inflammatory. There’s also a therapy called electro lymphatic therapy or assisted lymphatic therapy that helps to decongest lymphatic fluid and get it flowing. I see a nurse down in Arizona for this therapy but first is reducing inflammation thru diet and healing the gut. I know I repeated that.
If Mayo Clinic cannot offer you anymore it’s time you try alternative therapies and trust me there is still a lot more you can try and do and that can be done for your lymphedema out there. I could go on and on about so much that might help but one step at a time.
I started using my vibration plate for about a week. I then noticed that I was getting a sore throat (only on my left side), but no other symptoms. On the 5th day of the sore throat I noticed when I was sleeping, a bunch of drainage was going down my throat. When I woke up in the morning, I noticed my throat was really sore and I had a very hard time swallowing. I went to the doctor and they did strep, covid and flu test and all came back negative. The left side of my neck was also swollen. Still no other symptoms. The fluid was clear. The doctor told me it was allergies and to take Claritin and Flonase. I have never had allergies and did not want to take this. Two days later was the worst day and barely could drink water. I did take Mucinex night so I could try and get some sleep. I woke up the next morning feeling much better but not quite 100%. I rested all day and the following day I felt better. No more sore throat. I was wondering if this was because I was using the vibration plate and that I had Lymphatic Drainage that went down my throat. I know this is a long shot, but want to know what the cause of this terrible sore throat was from.
@@torptjejen The recommendation is 30 minutes a day maximum, based on studies with unspecified models/strengths of vibration plates, but I regularly exceed that. Just go by how it makes you feel. When doing more than 30 minutes a day I tend to use the excess for massage purposes : laying feet or calves on the plate - not full body vibration by standing on it (when your head also gets the effects of vibration).
I would love to try one. I do have 3 metal screws in my ankle from an accident several years ago. Would the vibration plate be safe to use with those implants?
No problem .. I have my left side repaired with plates and metal rods.. Maybe just a little less feeling on that side. But still helping with oesteo pain

Are you saying it cannot be used with an active tumor (prior to surgery)? If so, why not? It says on your list of contraindications not to use with tumors with metastases to the muskuloskeletal system??
It says metal or synthetic implants, as I breast cancer survivor, I have breast implants now, I wonder if it means those as well. When I told my surgeon's office I bought one they said they didn't have an issue with me using it, now it makes me wonder.
thanks for your video. i look forward to future videos on using the vibration plate. i’m not dx’d yet, as i just figured out that i must have lipedema, as it’s pretty obvious. i’m wondering if simply sitting or standing can reduce some of the lipedema in my whole body or just my legs? keep up the great videos!
Was going to get one bc I have MS but I also have breast cancer and desperately need lymphatic drainage. But it’s a no for tumors?! Doesn’t make sense to me. 🤔
I suspect that the vibration causes certain tumors to circulate in the lymphatic system and metastasize. For instance, Melanoma skin cancer quickly becomes brain cancer when the melanoma drills down into the lymphatic system and gets circulated. People with cancer who want to do vibration plates or rebound are begging for cancer to metastasize. Your breast cancer would almost certainly metastasize through the lymphatic system this way.
Increased circulation is good. I have a lot of patients who have neuropathy and some of them have told me that Alpha Lipoic Acid supplements have improved their neuropathy symptoms.

Ensuring that the comments are positive and "normal" for the initial sessions is essential. It is recommended that you spend up to 15 minutes per week on this.
Ultrasound vein specialist here. Vibration, like any other exercise, is safe if you have varicose veins. In fact, if you wear compression socks when you exercise it can help circulate the stagnant blood that is pooling in the varicose veins down to your deep veins. I came back to city to found my leg had suffered, I didn't go back to Kung Fu, and leg got worse so I took Opioids 🙃 mmmm till I tried to get off, finally did but by now my leg only would only bend half way. May I ask you "crispykmm" what's your attraction and have you had benefits and to finish off have you got "Focus" ie: Are you a natural Therapist of something or do you have a favourite machine or exercise that work for you and why ? Thank you I am always interested in peoples stories. Indigo.
Kelly has heaps other videos to show how to do self massage ( yes prep the lymph node clusters before and after vibration plate to make it an even more effective vibration session.. massage that clavical dip, behind ears/neck, deep breathing tummy push in gently , armpit , groin, behind knees, ankles... empty those buckets )
Curious if the reason it is contraindicated for Parkinson's and balance is because of fall risk. I agree the type without rails to hold on to could be dangerous, but otherwise it would seem good for balance. Is that the reason or is there another? The 180 speed levels allow me to adjust the intensity, which is great for different types of workouts. I feel like it really helps with my overall wellness, and I’ve noticed improvements in my body shape and tone. Plus, it’s super effective for weight loss and lymphatic drainage. After each session, I feel energized and relaxed at the same time. This machine has definitely become one of my favorite ways to stay active! Definetely recommend this one, it is more cheaper than the AXV, lifepro but high-quality.
Great timing! I’ve been considering a vibration plate. ❤
I love my vibration plate! Menstruation was left off the list of contraindications, it can make pain cramps so much worse.
It's a good point, but no woman should be doing any exercise while menstruating.
@@lisac1619 vibration plates aren’t exercise if you’re used to actually exercising 😂
@@lisac1619what junk advice is that 🤣
I have a vibration plate a while, but not using it like I think I would… after this video, I will try use it more constantly.
I'm so glad you popped up in my search, I appreciate all your videos!
Have a sideways comment. A Vet Tech trained horse person got a horse vibration system for her aging animals. The cat, dog, a 30 year old pony and herself all enjoy improvement so far. The pony is notably more frisky.
Are you by any chance referring to my favorite, the Clever Cowgirl?
@@wildthunderbird Do enjoy the Clever Cowgirl.
@@robertshrewsbury5067thanks!🐎😊
yes been used on horses for quite a while now. Def helps some issues
WOW 😊
I swear by mine and use it in evening whilst watching tv...
Same. It’s amazing!
I love to hear this! It’s helpful to know for others 🙂
What type of vibration plate do you use and where is your LE located? Thank you!
Hi there. May I ask you what brand vibration plate you use and where your LE is located? TYSM!
How many minutes /hours can you use it for in a day?
Great video on this therapy. I really like that you also included health conditions where one should not use one. Thanks again.
Thank you for posting the Contraindications list, most helpful
Please do more videos on the plate !
It makes me wonder if the belt stomach exercise machines that were popular in the 1920's would be effective with central lymphatic drainage.
You know what’s funny? I thought about that recently too.
I thought about that, too! The gym I went to in the mid-70s had one and I laughed at it.
I thought that too. My mother and grandmother had those, we played on them trying to sing made us giggle.
@@ginak1598 My great aunt had one. I thought it was hilarious! It might have worked!
They are exactly this, my aunt still uses this in her garage, she's 84 and healthy
I’m going to get my aunt one. She’s in her 90s and can’t always walk. But has high cholesterol so this might help with circulation I hope.
Yes, it helps her. She can sit on the sofa or chair and put her legs on it if she has difficulties in standing or walking
I know I have gallstones. Currently they are not giving me issues. I just purchased a plate. I am now concerned about using it. What. Bummer. I used it one time and loved it!
I use a mini rebounder. Works wonders.
Ah, just mentioned that. How long have you used that?
Highly recommend the rebounder... been bouncing for 45yrs! Same as my parents...best lymphatic drainage than anything. Using the vibration plate 10yrs and not seeing lymph drainage but good for kidney stones
Which rebounder do you have? Thank you!!
That’s what I use too. It’s so fun, I could never forget it’s in the house. And there’s much to be said for getting your heart rate up and breaking a sweat. Starting at beginner, nothing “ airborne” of course.
Which rebounder do you use.
Are all of the benefits from the muscle engaging in response to the vibrations or are some of the benefits purely from the vibration/movement itself, separate from the muscle?
Looking forward to more on this subject! Thank you so much!
I have a rebounder and love it. It’s great for many things.
I always get extremely itchy legs while using -my husband does not
I have some cellulite which is usually issues with the lymphatic from what i have read.
I know this is from the platform yet if i walk and exercise i don’t get itchy.
I think its your circulation bring stimulated, making you itchy
@@crjoki1 yes i do too my lymphatic and circulatory on the left leg is worse than my right do you have issues too ?
Thank you for this! I've been looking into getting one, and this answers many of my questions.
Self manual lymphathic drainage daily? Excercise? More water? No salt? Changing diet? Supplements? 😅
@@NataliaMenta I do all of that and then some. My next thing is getting a stent in my jugular vein to help with swelling and blood flow.
Doesn't a rebounder work the same way, if used steadily and gently?
Yes. I’ve seen some creators edit out a small section of a longer video to create the shorts. I don’t prefer shorts, but they can be addicting. V
Does anyone knows if this would help with arthritis and spurs on the knees?
Are these better than the rebounder?
I wouldn’t say it’s better or worse targets different areas. Both have great benefits.
Will this help with head and neck lymphatic problems.
Definitely sounds like your lymph nodes drained. The toxins they release can make you feel sick. It's actually good that you went through that detox.
Sounds like it was a well overdue clear out & dislodged some blockages! Dis-ease & inconvenient symptoms is just our body’s healing mechanism
probably should drink a lot of water just like when you get a deep massage! I am going to get one and hoping for a great detox.
Hi
Please need to know if it’s suitable for person has knee , back and neck pain?
I actually have Dercums disease and we need more research. Its similar to lipedema
Is there a recommended time limit per day? I just bought one and it feels fantastic! I could easily spend an hour a day on it.
Which brand/model - frequency/amplitude do you recommend for bone density improvement and also weight loss?
I would love to try one. I do have 3 metal screws in my ankle from an accident several years ago. Would the vibration plate be safe to use with those implants?
No problem .. I have my left side repaired with plates and metal rods..
Maybe just a little less feeling on that side.
But still helping with oesteo pain
The List of contraindications is vast and could include every senior. Ugh! Mom has a broken L1, L2, and L4 from Multiple myeloma, now in recession and with subsequent lower lymphedema.
I wonder whether she could use the plate while seated in a chair, placing her feet on the plate and set at a low Hz to start?
Does it help tone legs?
Yes, I don’t use mine as I should but I notice a difference when I do.
Yes it does
Is it good or bad for bone on bone hip arthritis?
What is better vibration plate or rebounder?
My guess rebounder is better cardio
I have one as well, I haven't used it as diligently as I should but I will begin to use mine as well as my rebounder (I've seen results with the rebounder.)😊
I love the rebounder and glad you have found it helpful! 🙂
@@CancerRehabPTthese whole body vibration was created in the 70’s or so for astronauts to prepare for and recuperate from space travel that causes bone density and muscle changes.
I was diagnosed with DVT in my right leg over 10 years ago and was told that I need to be taking a blood thinner for the rest of my life due to blood test results. Does this mean I should not consider using a vibration plate? I no longer live in the state where I saw a specialist in hematology. Thanks.
Can one use this when a person has lumbar stenosis?
Will a Rebounder also help. For odema
Yeah definitely
Are you saying it cannot be used with an active tumor (prior to surgery)? If so, why not? It says on your list of contraindications not to use with tumors with metastases to the muskuloskeletal system??
Increased circulation, I’m thinking
What brand of vibration plate would you recommend?
It says metal or synthetic implants, as I breast cancer survivor, I have breast implants now, I wonder if it means those as well. When I told my surgeon's office I bought one they said they didn't have an issue with me using it, now it makes me wonder.
yes, they work!!! love mine
thanks for your video. i look forward to future videos on using the vibration plate. i’m not dx’d yet, as i just figured out that i must have lipedema, as it’s pretty obvious. i’m wondering if simply sitting or standing can reduce some of the lipedema in my whole body or just my legs? keep up the great videos!
Doe this device improve cellulite?
Can herina operate person after 1years .. can use this vibrator
So how do you know if you have a blood clot ??
Confused now... These are prescribed for lipedema, which is fibroids, which are tumors.... But that's on the no go list?
Good observation. I have fibroids and was considering buying one. Now I'm confused.
Can I use vibration plates if I have congestive heart failure and afib?
What is a reputable, medical grade model?
Would you personally use this soon after liposuction?
I can attest to the blood pressure because mine has gone back to normal after being on it
Was going to get one bc I have MS but I also have breast cancer and desperately need lymphatic drainage.
Your breast cancer would almost certainly metastasize through the lymphatic system this way.
i think you just need a dr okay in these situations
YES!
I swear by it ,I have an upright one and do a variety of excercises on it.
I love mine, best money I’ve spent
What exactly does everyone here mean when they says their vibration plate helps them, I sear by it, I love mine, etc.
what relief do you experience?
Drains the lymph, more energy, better circulation, better muscle tone
Absolutely love mine
What kind do you have?
I have neurophy in my feet and calves do you think this can benifit me?
Yes!
Increased circulation is good. I have a lot of patients who have neuropathy and some of them have told me that Alpha Lipoic Acid supplements have improved their neuropathy symptoms.
Thought I read somewhere if you have knee or hip replacement the vibration plate should not be used. Anyone have any feedback ?
I have a knee that has been troubking me my whole life. Been using my machine less than a month. Let me tell you for the first time in YEARS I can walk properly without feeling any pain. This thing is magical. Try it and if you feel.any pain of which I doubt then stop. Love and Light❤
If I had shoulder replacement surgery, can I sit and use this on low?
I used mine yesterday for the first time, is it normal to feel sore the next day.
Ensuring that the comments are positive and "normal" for the initial sessions is essential. It is recommended that you spend up to 15 minutes per week on this.
Interesting video!🙂 I would love to try this out, but I have fibroids which are tumors so I guess I won’t be able too…! ☹️
Yea I’m tempted to use it specifically to help with my fibroids
Fibroids are benign tumors. I think that’s the difference.
Does this help with the thyroid in any manner?
It’s safe for vericose veins right?
Ultrasound vein specialist here. Vibration, like any other exercise, is safe if you have varicose veins. In fact, if you wear compression socks when you exercise it can help circulate the stagnant blood that is pooling in the varicose veins down to your deep veins. If you haven’t seen a vein specialist doctor about your varicose veins I would encourage you to! There are lots of effective, safe, minimally invasive treatments for varicose veins these days. Be well!
@@MissMonicaJ thank you so much for that advice 😃❤️ I have an apt this month. I’m just nervous because I’m in a weight loss journey and I’m afraid they will turn me away
@@MissMonicaJDo they make toeless compression socks? I switched from Brooks to Altra for their wider toe box and zero drop. Been using compression sleeves for summer but they are only quarter crew height. Would like to find a knee high version for fall.

What are examples of metal or synthetic implants?
One would be a pacemaker. I’ve found I can not use a vibration plate, and it is suggested to not use the chiropractic roller bed thing either; because of the magnets.
Can you recommend one please .
Is there a difference between this and a bouncer?
I would like to know what speed you use as well
start at lowset speed and only for 5 mins. wait a day or two and check no side effects. then very slowly bulid up speed and time over a few months.
Thank you so much!
I have an elbow implant. Would that prevent me from using the vibration plate?

Are you reworking the second one or lost interest or do not think these machine are worth your time doing what you said you would do ?

yes only two specific to vibration plate- but Kelly focus is on lymphatics, so heap n heaps of videos on lymphatic flow, massage, movement and more- which you can then combine things you learn from other videos to refine your vibration plate use. Like the sitting and standing exercise videos .
@crispykmm9646 ( this is the one you responded, i had changed the UA-cam name to Ravibass) Thank you for commenting as my first comment was that she had not produced anything after asking us to subscribe and she would ?
Since writing my somewhat sceptical comment, I am one of those people who wake up a lot at night specially 3 am, so I decided to have a go at Vibration Plate which now I call "The Wobbliser" after 3 months I must say I feel more in contact with world around me, I broke my leg after a motorbike accident and never really healed but after 10 years of Kung Fu, I think it was all the kicking in different angles it got much better, but after that I moved to country and did nothing but walked to amazing lookouts and pondered on view. I came back to city to found my leg had suffered, I didn't go back to Kung Fu, and leg got worse so I took Opioids 🙃 mmmm till I tried to get off, finally did but by now my leg only would only bend half way. Got machine tried to get info about it, this Girl Kelly I had hopes in , anyway I kept going on full for 15 mins each night but I can get extra 20 or So more degree's more. May I ask you "crispykmm" what's your attraction and have you had benefits and to finish off have you got "Focus" ie: Are you a natural Therapist of something or do you have a favourite machine or exercise that work for you and why ? Thank you I am always interested in peoples stories.

If you’ve struggled with vertigo in the past can you use a vibration plate
Does vibration disrupt parasites in animals and people and then it helps to rid them of them?
Do you suggest any prep for lymph drainage? (Like pressure areas?)
i think drinking a lot of water before and after. They say to drink a lot of water after a deep massage
I have balance issues and brother has Parkinson's and we both use , WITH rails.
