    The dough is refrigerated and fermented in the refrigerator, which can not only make reasonable use of time, and flexibly arrange the bread making and baking time according to your own daily routine, but also ferment at low temperature for a long time, which can stimulate the aroma of wheat to the greatest extent. Internally fermented bread is more fragrant and delicious. Delicious bread needs time to mature and brew slowly.
    Material | Ingredients:
    High-gluten flour ( bread flour ) ………… 200g
    Unsweetened yogurt (plain yogurt) ........ 50g
    Egg liquid (egg liquid)................................50g
    Milk (water) ............................... 65g
    Sugar .................................................30g
    Yeast………………………………3g
    Salt (salt)……………………………2g
    Butter ................................. 20g
    Bake at 340°F (170°C) for 20 minutes.
    Tips:
    The fermentation time of the dough is more flexible, not static. It is related to the room temperature and the temperature of the refrigerator. The temperature of the refrigerator in my house is 4 degrees Celsius. In spring, autumn and winter, I usually ferment at room temperature for 30-40 minutes. Transfer to the refrigerator to ferment for 12--17 hours, and the dough is fermented to twice the size, and you can bake directly.
    When the room temperature is high in summer, the kneaded dough does not need to be fermented at room temperature. It can be fermented overnight in the refrigerator, and it can be fermented to twice the size. You can flexibly control the fermentation time according to your own room temperature and refrigerator temperature. The dough should be fermented to twice the size before entering the oven.

    请问第二天早上,面团需要回温吗?还是直接拿去烘烤?一次发酵的面包也一样柔软耐三天吗?谢谢您

      不需要回温,从冰箱拿出来,预热好烤箱就直接烤。这个配方很软,趁面包温热的时候,用密封袋装起来,放两三天都很软
