Your business is on the route to the Fishing Park, Shooting Range and Go Kart center from Patong and Kata,maybe if you did a few videos on these you might get more footfall from these businesses (probably loads more that I don't know about)...Flyers left at these premises could help too,you could always do the same for them... I’m coming on holiday in September and will be moving to Phuket at some point soon. My girlfriend works in Patong and says yes it has gone a little quieter at the moment but I think it will pick up over the next few months into the high season. I owned a Coffee shop Franchise for 5 years in Honolulu & Los Angeles and I lost my ass. My suggestion is to Focus on the Night Crowd with Live Music with Food and Drinks. Do UA-cam in the Daytime. Music at night people love and can be free for you with aspiring Musician that dont have a venue to perform at.. When people drink 1 beer turns into 5. Serve Food and Music and it is a better path. Just keep the food Delicious and Special. If your food is just OK, it won't help you.
Just noticed a sausage and egg sandwich, bacon and sausage, and Aussie beef sausage baguette!!! the new menu! It's worth a trip to the South just for that, especially if I can have a glass of wine with breakfast! 😋🍔🥩🫕

Can't wait to visit the shop in October. Just a suggestion with the menu. Do an online menu that you can pull up with a QR code. Saves you money on printing menus every time you add a new item. What teached me the most in this video was your staff dancing and making fun in the background while you're talking about negative (i guess not knowing what you talked about). I was a Cop for a lot of years. I was called every name in the book. Sad to see you get negative comments but that’s the nature of human existence. I had a Police Chief tell me, If you don’t like being called names then take off the uniform. I was glad to continue to wear the uniform. Can't wait to visit the shop in October. Just a suggestion with the menu. Do an online menu that you can pull up with a QR code. Saves you money on printing menus every time you add a new item. All the restaurants in the States are doing this because printing here has gotten crazy expensive. Love you guys and wish you all the best.
