    this was a great flow, especially because i was feeling so tight, that pigeon pose really helped me release all the tension. can't wait to see more!

    This was just fantastic and really helped my hips and quads. "Gentle" definitely does not mean "easy". :-)

      You're so right!! These types of flows are hard for me because I tend to strengthen my muscles more than stretch them. So glad it helped you as much as it helps me :)

    That was just perfect for a recovery day and what I needed. I was very sore and tight from a workout yesterday and this did the trick! Also was the remedy for a day gone awry!
