I replaced the shock cords in my Keron 3 GT. It was easy, I contacted Hillenberg and they mailed them to me in 2 days free of charge. This is why I buy Hillenberg tents, they have great customer service.

Same! Fantastic tents and brand. Never considered other brands once switched to Hilleberg.

I had a tiny dent on the end of the pole meaning it wasn't snapping into place without a push, I watched this video, took the end pole off and gave the inside a little rub with some fine sand paper and fixed. Took me about 3 mins in total. Excellent company.

Is it possible to cut the length of a tent pole?

It would be best to email our customer support team at tentmaker@hilleberg.com. They will know the most information about that.

Unfortunately costs go up for both materials and labor and we have to make adjustments accordingly.
