Yes!!! I’ve been working out with heavy weights for most of quarantine and even though I’ve definitely seen improved definition, I’ve also bulked up to the point that my pants barely fit around my bum and my shirts are tight around the shoulders. I’m finding that my body likes HIIT with lighter dumbbells much better than heavy strength training, but it’s still good to have a variety of weights and bodyweight.

My wife and I did this yesterday. She had the 10 & 20lbs dumbells and the 55lbs kettlebell for the swings & squats. I had the 23lbs kettlebells and my 70lbs kettlebell for the swings & squats.... I could not keep up with your pace!! That was a killer!!! Thank you!
I'm so glad I went into this workout blind! Not something my pre-workout decision brain would have picked, but damn I'm glad I pushed through. I'll be keeping this one as a benchmark to see how I improve each month, and when I can do it all without extra breaks or fails, I'll crown myself!

I haven't dripped this much sweat during a workout in quite some time! I was reading about how effective HIIT routines are and how amazing it is for scorching fat and gaining muscle mass.. so here I am! I have a love/hate relationship with this one haha. Almost gave up at 30 min but paused for a couple minutes to catch my breath, and pushed through the pain! Feeling good!!!!!

OMG THIS IS CRAZY WORKOUT! the extra 5 seconds of workout compare to other trainer and 10. seconds rest makes a huge difference with weights! I have to say I LOVE LOVE LOVE the last 5 min burnout. I love ending my weighted workouts with cardio! Thank you!!! Active cal around 300. Crazy good for 30 minutes of workouts!
I loved this workout :) I took out the weights because I am not focused on weight lifting right now and it was still an awesome cardio workout- My legs were burning
This workout is by far the most effective and exhausting I've ever done. I pair it with 15 more mins of cardio and 10 mins of abs for an extreme burner. Perfect.

try to change everyday your workout, give your body everyday something else to work on...thats how u stay the healthiest and fittest, if you do always the same it will drain your joints and ur muscle don't have time to recover.

Couldn't describe my feeling of the last 5 minutes nonstop workout... I totally did not expect seeing more workout after 99% on the bar!!! It's a mix of feeling relieved and exhausted haha. When I struggle and want extra pause I say to myself "if you pause, you're the only one to be fooled" meaning if I quit, I'll never reach my goals

this was so good. I used 7.5kg, was an absolute killer but I really enjoyed it! felt so powerful afterwards and it was so intense in a good way.
