    Great start to a Monday morning and greetings from the UK! Tomorrow is my birthday and I enter my 66th year of life on this planet. I am, for my age pretty fit and trim. This is due to making sure that I make the videos with Anna a habit. So I have now increased the frequency up to 6 videos a week from 5 and take Sunday off. I feel motivated to do the workouts because my grandchildren love playing tennis and football in the garden and I am not sitting on a chair watching. I am playing and enjoying life. So thank you again for lots of different videos, for the wave at the start, for the cheeky smiles you sometimes give us. I don't always enjoy the music but I always enjoy the workouts. I hope to be doing your workouts for many years to come. Thank you

    Liebe Anna ❤️ Du bist einfach grandios 🙌🏼🫶🏼 Ich mache jede Woche 5 verschiedene Workouts von dir und bin nach 3 Monaten intensives Training mit dir , mehr als begeistert und sprachlos über diese Resultate ! Bitte mach weiter so du bist eine Bereicherung für diese Welt 💕 Ich selbst habe ein chronisches Wirbelleiden weil meine Wirbel nicht dableiben wo sie sollen und meine Schultergürtel inklusive Muskulatur waren absolut zu schwach meine Wirbelsäule richtig zu halten … Nun sieht die Sache ganz anders aus und selbst mein Chiropraktiker ist absolut beeindruckt und begeistert von diesem Ergebnis ! Dafür danke ich dir von ganzem Herzen 🫶🏼

    Can’t wait to do this , just got back from holiday and can’t wait to get back into the routine after enjoying myself.
