    Despite of not been working out for three days in a row because of i feel down in the dumps yet also struggling with mental health, i decided to bite off more than i can chew with this killer workout and i completed . I COULDN’T BE MORE PROUDER OF MY SELF!!!!!!

    Loved this! Very hard workout. I burnt 316 active calories (370 total) during this workout for anyone who was interested to know rough calorie burn. Loved the end!!

      how much do you weigh? (sorry to be nosy but makes a big difference when it comes to calories burned). Thanks, just asking because I also count calories and I'm trying to figure out how hard this one actually is before I get into it.

    today, i walked for 40 minutes to get to my city, had to walk back BAREFOOT because my friend took my shoes, jump roped for 20 minutes, then did this workout. i deserve a round of applause

    I've done numerous of these workouts and they are just brilliant. Via these and other fitness bits I've lost 10KG and 5 inches from my waist plus all the other benefits of better sleep, better general health and better able to cope with lockdown.

    For the first time in my life I am excited every day to work out, I used to dread working out to the point that I would skip days and then those days would turn into weeks. Finally I’ve found something that is fun for me to do. I had my rest day yesterday and was itching to work out allll day but knew I needed the rest.     This is my first comment on a UA-cam video. I’m quite fit and tried many many workouts but I never really sweated. This workout made me not just sweat but also curse throughout because it was challenging due to the extended performance time (50 secs) 😂😂😂 thaaaaank you, absolutely loved it!

    I did it! Wow. Couple of months ago I couldn't go through a 10 minute cardio session and now I manage to 'survive' 35 minutes. If I can do it, everyone can :-)

    I woke up at 3am couldn’t get back to sleep my CrossFit class isn’t till 6 so I just said I will see what is posted. These videos are great for after class for extra credit but nothing wrong with changing it up to before class.

    Der 5min burner am Ende hat’s mir richtig gegeben aber egal wie lange es dauert, einfach weiter machen 🙈

    I thought it was a little suspicious that Anna hadn't included any burpees in the workout.

    Anna, I'm revisiting this workout (as I do daily with your videos) and just realized this was the first time I could do legit side plank leg lifts (past shoulder surgeries and feeling unsteady with my ankles kept me on a knee other times). GAINS.

    Anybody else be pleasantly surprised by how fast the workout was going, completely unaware of the 5 minute killer that was waiting at the end! 😂💀 I love your workouts Anna they are such great fun...     By the end I started thinking that it was strange, there was no burpees. But then when the five extra minutes arrived I realized that I was going to die haha!!! Really good workout Anna! Thank you, love you!

    I must say I've been following your workouts since 1 month and this WAS A KILLER!! I had to leave halfway coz I felt really exhausted and my legs gave up 😭 but Im gonna try this again tomorrow and reach till the end✊✊✊✊

      re we supposed to do all of these everyday for a week, then go onto week 2? Also will this plan help with fat loss around thighs and belly???

    Thank you Anna! You have brought joy back into my workouts. I played a D1 sport and ended up tearing my labrum my senior. For awhile going through recover I never thought I would be able to workout like how I use to or at the same intensity. BUT!! It wasn't tell I found your page that it made me feel empowered again as an athlete! You've helped me so much through my recover, helping me get stronger physically and mentally. So I just wanted to thank you for bring back that competitiveness and joy. Means the world to me! Much love!

    Amazing workout! I was afraid I'll pass out towards the end of those additional 5 minutes, but I did it! I feel proud of myself aha.. me from a few months ago would just quit midway. Thanks for this! Gonna save this and use it some other time when I will feel like making up excuses for skipping my 'workout day' 😁
