Despite of not been working out for three days in a row because of i feel down in the dumps yet also struggling with mental health, i decided to bite off more than i can chew with this killer workout and i completed . I COULDN’T BE MORE PROUDER OF MY SELF!!!!!!
Loved this! Very hard workout. I burnt 316 active calories (370 total) during this workout for anyone who was interested to know rough calorie burn. Loved the end!!
how much do you weigh? (sorry to be nosy but makes a big difference when it comes to calories burned). Thanks, just asking because I also count calories and I'm trying to figure out how hard this one actually is before I get into it.

today, i walked for 40 minutes to get to my city, had to walk back BAREFOOT because my friend took my shoes, jump roped for 20 minutes, then did this workout. i deserve a round of applause
I’ve just finished about 95% at my first time come to this workout without any pauses, I am extremely proud of myself 🤗🤗 I can do it, you can do it, let’s smash it girls!!!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
I've done numerous of these workouts and they are just brilliant. Via these and other fitness bits I've lost 10KG and 5 inches from my waist plus all the other benefits of better sleep, better general health and better able to cope with lockdown. THANK YOU! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

This is my first comment on a UA-cam video. I’m quite fit and tried many many workouts but I never really sweated. This workout made me not just sweat but also curse throughout because it was challenging due to the extended performance time (50 secs) 😂😂😂 thaaaaank you, absolutely loved it!

Anna, I'm revisiting this workout (as I do daily with your videos) and just realized this was the first time I could do legit side plank leg lifts (past shoulder surgeries and feeling unsteady with my ankles kept me on a knee other times). GAINS.
Anybody else be pleasantly surprised by how fast the workout was going, completely unaware of the 5 minute killer that was waiting at the end! 😂💀 I love your workouts Anna they are such great fun... For awhile going through recover I never thought I would be able to workout like how I use to or at the same intensity. BUT!! It wasn't tell I found your page that it made me feel empowered again as an athlete! You've helped me so much through my recover, helping me get stronger physically and mentally. I must say I've been following your workouts since 1 month and this WAS A KILLER!! I had to leave halfway coz I felt really exhausted and my legs gave up 😭 but Im gonna try this again tomorrow and reach till the end✊✊✊✊

Thank you Anna! You have brought joy back into my workouts. I played a D1 sport and ended up tearing my labrum my senior. For awhile going through recover I never thought I would be able to workout like how I use to or at the same intensity. BUT!!
