      Balance is key for me :) what’s a good burn without the drip, or vice versa? In order to feel like I am accomplishing what I 💦sweat out you need to know you are bringing that 🔥energy.

    Man I really love your workout collection. Whatever injury I am nursing, I know these is something in here that'll work for what I can do at the moment. Currently healing up a hip strain and was confident you'd have "no jumping" and "no floor" etc.

    I'm proud of what I accomplished today. I started off with 15lbs but it felt too light so I went up to 20lbs and it felt more challenging. I try to go at my own pace and not focus on Anna's pace too much because we all have different abilities and speeds. I do love that Anna has warms and stretching in her videos because stretching is vital for mobility to be able to lift and get stronger.😊

    I loved this workout so much! It was the perfect combination of feel-good “burn” movements and challenging athletic combos that feel amazing and also inspire to really train and see what the human body is capable of! I also love that you included the long stretch at the end. 11/10 ❤
    I started doing your workouts after lifting heavy for a few years, but I wasn’t enjoying myself anymore and also was not feeling great about my body. Now I am focussing on what feels good, and your channel is helping me to do that and to find balance in exercise. Thank you so much

    Just completed this. So much fun! It was a great challenge. I loved the variety and I always appreciate body weight sprinkled in with weights. I used 30lbs for most of the excercise. I used 12 lbs for shoulder and biceps. 35lbsfor sumo squats. No weights for the ab section.Cardio finisher was intense!

    Burnt 280 kcal in total after doing this and burnt 255 kcal after finishing another HIIT workout with dumbbells. Really another achievement again!🥰

    This was awesome. Loved the cardio finish to this work-out. I modified and added weights to all of the movements to finish but amazing.     Really enjoyed this work out -> good mix with weights Would love to see some more triceps work with the weights.. I will be honest I could not do that stretch at the end - the pigeon+quad stretch

    Nice intense workout🏋🚴💪. Arms and legs are feeling the burn post workout. The stretching part was also awesome. The pigeon - quad stretch was the toughest one.
