Just completed this. So much fun! It was a great challenge. I loved the variety and I always appreciate body weight sprinkled in with weights. I used 30lbs for most of the excercise. I used 12 lbs for shoulder and biceps. 35lbsfor sumo squats. No weights for the ab section.Cardio finisher was intense!
