Got halfway through this workout and paused, I was going to give up. I sat on my mat and scrolled through the comments and seeing all of you guys getting through it inspired me to keep going. SAME!! The first time I did this workout I felt the exact same way, one day it took me 2 and a half hours to get through it but I did it! Now I do this workout at 5am 4 days a week and the results are so worth it and I get through it in an hour and a half ! We got this and taking breaks here and there are okay!

Thanks for this workout. I hope I will lose some fat before summer. I am doing these HIIT workouts every other day and I think I am eating properly. Ever since I got plan from Next Level Diet I am losing on weight and mostly fat as I can see.

Hey all! Just finished this!! So fun and I love how supportive everyone is. I have soccer tryouts coming up and I’m trying to improve my explosive technique for track, figured I would try to incorporate a weight regime on top of running and soccer practices, I’m 13 btw. Did this with 10 pounds, will increase soon but wanted to go easy today because I already had soccer practice and a run. I wish everyone here the best, I’m looking for some more people in my position here! Got a game tomorrow let’s hope I’m not TOO sore.. 😂

This is the perfect workout to do when I like to alternate between high impact or low impact (especially when I work out earlier in the mornings usually and don’t want to wake anyone if they are asleep). Also comes in handy with hotel stays and in apartments too
I love your workouts! I started with the 40-45 minute ones and tried this one the last time. I used 8lb and 10lb weights. I struggled with some of the core work outs on the mat and modified them. Will be doing this workout 2-3 times a week. BTW I’m 59 and had quadruple bypass 3 years ago. I’m determined not to do that again😊
This is awesome !!!! I did all Anna’s no jumping hiit while during the mandatory quarantine. Let me tell you they are as effective and difficult as the regular HIIT workout!!! I was so concerned how I would work out without weights and doing jumps!!!! I was wrong
I just finished this workout !!!🎉 I am SO proud of myself! I did not feel like working out, I felt so much weight on my shoulders and in my soul! But then I said you know what, let me try to sweat it out for 1 hour! AND THAT IS WHAT I DID!!! I made a lot of breaks, didn t manage to work for 50 secs in a set but I did it for 40-45 secs! And I didn t give up! Thank you so much for this workout!

Whoop, whoop, we are starting this new week stronger and fierce! What can I say what I haven't said a million times: Anna knows exactly how to create great workouts. And this 60 minutes full body workout is a new awesome addition to a long list of other great workouts, but what I loved especially about this workout, is the composition. First upper and lower body, then abs and back. And not to forget the full body finisher. That was amazing. I really loved the combination of exercises and movements. Wow that was crazy & challenging. I'm proud of myself for not only finishing it but doing the exercises with good form rather than the number of reps I could get in. Also glad I have 2 different weight sizes which is a big help. Just another awesome workout. Thank you Anna.
