I appreciate when there is a focus on one side, the next move is on the other side to help balance out each side right away instead of waiting multiple moves later (hopefully that makes sense). This is my new favorite workout! I love the alternating exercises, one of each! When a workout divided by areas i jump around to switch it up and not let myself start lacking or losing form, so this is just perfect!!

I'm small like 57 kg and 5'6 and this took me Four hours minimum. You BEAST I am so impressed
