    I think she became an oathbreaker since she described the symptoms when your character becomes an oathbreaker

      Devnotes also indicate that she's angry with her mother, so if she didn't already break her oath, she's probably on her way to it.

    Astarion also has different dialogue that is a little more sympathetic if this happens after his personal quest.

      That's really cool! Does he have entirely different dialogue like Karlach?

      @@justanotherignot I haven't seen Karlach's other dialogue, I'm assuming after Gortash is dead? Astarion says something along the lines of understanding how revenge can feel empty/unfair, like justice was denied and that it's hard to see Aylin suffer the same feeling that he did when killed Cazador.
