  • Are you breathing right in these stressful times? Here we are with the guidance on correct breathing which helps build immunity against Corona virus by strengthening the lymphatic system.
    This video is an explaination about deep breathing. It is also called the Yogic breathing or the Diaphragmatic breathing as the muscle Diaphragm is used in deep breathing.
    There are three types of breathing explained in the video: Clavicular, Intercostal and Abdominal breathing.
    Deep breathing is linked greatly with the brain and the heart. Incorrect breathing may leave the mind and body low on energy and less resistant to disease. Deep mindful breathing keeps the body disease free.

    Thank you ma’am for this demonstration! I was in-fact reading about the yogic breathing techniques today and this video just popped up! Just curious to know if this breathing should be done as a regular method or is it a specific prayanama ? Pranams

      Thanks Pritish for this valid query ..
      This is the yogic way of breathing and a controlled breathing that helps control the mind and also helps in reducing and gradually eliminating many health issues.
      You must breathe with awareness. After a few days of the aware breath , it takes place automatically.
      In short this is the type of breathing we need to follow in daily life.

    How much time should be done?

    • @Smitayogalife
      @Smitayogalife  3 роки тому +1

      This is the way we should breath.. it’s not time bound. in the beginning it will be an effort but in a few days time it will fall in practice.

      @@mrhitsjr4775 yes we should ..it’s a conscious effort in the beginning . practice for a few minutes everyday .And if possible practice twice. Gradually it becomes natural.

      @@mrhitsjr4775 please watch the video. it explains your question. It is the diaphragmatic breathing. The muscle called diaphragm pushes down on inhalation which extends the abdomen outward…

    How many rounds maximum should be done in 24 hours?

    • @Smitayogalife
      @Smitayogalife  2 роки тому

      This is the correct pattern of breathing. First practice it consciously for 5-10 minutes ( 1-2 times everyday) and then with practice it will become automatic.
