About Sri M
Born in India, Sri M is a spiritual guide, social reformer, educator and writer. He first met his Master at the age of nine under the jackfruit tree, in the compound of his house in Thiruvananthapuram in the Indian coastal state of Kerala.
The full account of his astonishing and amazing experiences are published in his memoir from 2011 titled “Apprenticed to a Himalayan Master - A Yogi’s Autobiography“, which became an instant bestseller. He has written a sequel to his autobiography, titled “Sri M - The journey continues”. He has written two more books - Shunya, his first novel and his latest one being - 'On Meditation', a book which answers questions on meditation.

For the record I’m a practitioner of Wim Hof Method, which involves a different type of breathwork along with cold showers. And ever since I started practising it I’ve never fallen sick.
But I also see that Wim Hof Method is not for everyone, and I will STRONGLY recommend Sri M’s Method (demonstrated here) to everyone else.
Not to mention that I absolutely LOVE Sri M’s books :-)

You can easily search for “Wim Hof Method basics” in Google or a similar search engine. There are 100s or videos on the basic breathwork. Worth mentioning that it has some similarities/parallels with the Tummo breath that Sri M talks about in his books.
The WHM breathwork will work very well in conjunction with cold showers. If you like this idea you may explore it further.
But what Sri M has demonstrated here is something I’ll recommend to everyone. Simple yet powerful, as long as you practise it daily with discipline.
