From my experience it's absolutely possible to to reduce side fat using twister disc if you're are beginner and your body is not acostomed to fitness. If you've been doing other workouts regularly, doing twister exercises at faster tempos would still remain benefitial. But, it's really important to pay attention to your technique and keep balance

So, if you're a total fitness beginner waist twisting disc might give you some boost in results. I've bought my waist disc over 20 years ago actually, so unfortunately I don't know where to buy the exect same one nowadays. There's no lebel on my model, all I can say is it's made of solid metal

Now I just try not to have a meal after 7 p.m. Still, I can allow myself a cup of coffee in the evening. Also, I'm not a dessert person. Anyway, everything is personal, it's always better to check with a professional nutritionist.
If you're a beginner it's a good place to start, still I would recommend more specific hips workouts with weights and regular running routine for at least 30 min several times a week. This made a real difference for me personally!
There are different concepts related to eating before workout. Personally I prefer doing workouts (especially active cardio ones) at least 2 hours after eating, when I'm not hungry but still have enough energy to complete the exercises =)

It might be some results if you haven't been into fitness or sports before. From my own experience, I prefer doing a bundle of different workouts every day (40 minutes in total) in the morning + 30 min of running in the evening. That's how I lost 39 pounds.
To be honest, I don't think so, especially if you're looking for the quick results. From my experience, running is super effective in terms of hip & thigh shaping =)

But I can definitely claim that after 20 min of waist twisting disc my obliques actually cried for help =) When we talk about losing pounds as a primal goal, for me nothing has been more effective like an intense cardio workout or 3-4 miles of jogging.

Try spraying some WD40 on it. It probably needs to be oiled up a lil bit to rotate smoothly.
